This is the first fitness tracker I have ever used, so I have nothing to compare it to. It works just fine. It tracks all of my steps daily. My wife won't wear one and I had to buy her the more expensive Garmin Vivosmart 4 which is made in Taiwan. It works fine too.

I like this fitness bracelet. This is my second one, and I wear it every day for a couple of years already. I like basically everything about it: starting from the price and finishing by its amazing functionality. The only thing is when I am swimming and want to record my activity - it’s kind of difficult to turn swimming mode off. So I basically never put it in anymore. Everything else works good.

Excellent Fitness Watch

I've had other fitness watches - Microsoft Band, Garmin Vivosmart HR, etc. None have worked as well for me as the Xiaomi Mi Wristband 4. The microsoft watch was ok but it died a long time ago. my most recent watch, the Vivosmart gave accurate HR but didn't display the battery charge remaining on the main face. Particularly aggravating was that I had to drill down through several button pushes and screen swipes to see the battery remaining icon.the Xiaomi Mi Wristband 4 has hundreds of watchfaces to choose from including quite a few that have all the information that I want to see on one screen. the Vivosmart required me to swipe from screen to screen to see the time or my HR or steps. when I glanced down to see the time, the heart rate was usually displayed. The MS Band remains deceased.At $35 I'm getting everything I wanted in a fitness watch and when the Xiaomi Mi Wristband 5 comes out next year with (I hope) tons of enhancements, I won't feel bad about retiring the 4. Unless the 5 is way more expensive, that is. Then I might wait for the 6 because I'm pretty happy with the 4.

Great budget friendly device!

This fitness tracker has been really great. First off, the battery is amazing. I’ve been using it for nearly a week and it’s sitting at 52%. And I’ve been messing around with it! Trying new watch faces, turning the heart rate monitor to always on, stuff like that. It seems to track steps just fine. Overall, I'm really happy with this Fitness Tracker. This tracker is helping me to do 10000+ steps per day and encouraging me to sleep better. Nice to have a watch on my wrist again too instead of using phone. All the features I would want from a smart watch for a fraction of the price. Most of the praise for this unit is because it is cheap.

This is a half decent little package, it tells the time and tracks steps well. The battery life is phenomenal, I'm talking well over a weeks usage. You can also get the weather, change songs on your phone and get notifications. The functionality of the watch stops about there though.. The other features of the watch fall short of being reliable... But if that's all your after in a watch, great! This is an affordable option.It's cheap, so you'll forgive it for;- giving an inaccurate heart rate reading,- false sleep quality indication,- alerting you 7 times for one email,- having a strap that is flimsy and unreliable,- a janky charging unit.Unless any of those are deal breakers.. In which case, this watch is not for you.

So much, for so little

Great little tracker. Charge holds for longer then claimed. I love the timer feature and I use it all the time for cooking. Steps are accurate and so is the heart rate. I like that its in color and the face is customizable. The software will give you a warning that it cant be trusted, but I downloaded it anyway with no problems. The band is very hard to latch. This is my only complaint.

The perfect fitness tracker!

I brought this item last year and has been using it ever since. This has a very unique and compact design. Has AMOLED display which is very bright and colorful and readable under direct sunlight. Has functions to measure hearth rate and step count and it has 6 fitness modes to track your exercise. The most handy feature for me is the swimming tracker. It is very accurate as I have tested it and being a waterproof device is an added advantage on that matter. Battery life is very decent and with average day to day use the battery lasts more than two weeks easily. You can customize the notifications displayed and you can use this device to read your messages, see who are calling you and many other. Overall a very good budget friendly device that everyone can afford.

Well made, bright colors,long battery life. Step count low vs other trackers.

The fitness band is well made and has up to 20 plus days of battery life depends on settings. There is no stand alone gps which I knew before buying. I compared the MI 4 fitness band to 3 other fitness trackers and the step count is about 60 step count to a 100 count to all the other fitness bands. I have two other fitness bands made by Garmin and one thats an off brand. They all where within a few steps from one another. I bought this band new because of the battery life and I dont need a built in gps tracker. There may be a chance that it may be defective step trackers. Im just reviewing The MI 4 band I bought.

What next for future Mi Bands?

I replaced my Mi Band 5 that had been very good, but thought it was time for me to upgrade to the Mi Smart Band 7. I was very disappointed with the Band 6. It has improved and more features for me to play with. Early days yet as I have only had the Band 7 for a week. I hope the battery will be better in future, but so far has been disappointing as it chews through the charge very quickly. I hope for improvement by cutting out some of the features, but this should not be the case. I have owned Xiaomi Bands & Mobiles for many years and own a smart scales.
