I having this device from 5months And also I was faced Heating issue on, when I was playing GAMES(pubg). Camera(front and back) is Just ok. Coming to Screen Quality is Good it's a LCD display. From Battery performance is very GOOD Comparing to other Devices (Samsung, opp, vivo). But it is fast charging 33w I think so And Taking for Charge {10% to 90%} only 45 to 50minutes.I am saying here truth, I have NOT Faced any problems on software

Probably the best budget phone out there. I bought this while waiting for my Mi 11 to be fixed. I sometimes think, why bother paying all that money for a flagship phone? everything packed in this phone that you need to do on a daily basis. No lag at all, didn't do any gaming or anything so don't know about that but it's a great device. There are some things I actually prefer about this Phone is Headphone jack, side mounted fingerprint reader, expandable RAM and design.

After owning and using previous Poco phones, and being very pleased with their performance for price, I have to say that the M4 Pro falls far off the mark in comparison. The only good thing, for me, is the excellent display. RAM and ROM are good at 8Gb/256Gb respectively. Battery life is good and the phone's weight/bulk are good in spite of a 5000mAh cell. Other than the above it's not good at all. The sound output is virtually non existent and bassless, even with a volume boosting app. installed. The processor is very budget and basic and the screen touch sensitivity far too high. The phone freezes sometimes and has to be rebooted. It did update to Android 12 but the security patch is from June 22 and out of date. Yes, this is a budget device and not too expensive. ... I used to use a Redmi Note 9 with 3GB RAM and, after experiencing random crashes, I found out MIUI is so large that it doesn't fit in RAM and run apps. I couldn't multitask, such as doing updates and running an app. It also had the annoying problem that I couldn't let the screen go off while doing an update, or the download would stop. It would start again when the screen was active again, so I learned to keep the screen active, wasting battery power. This phone fixes all those problems. I have to say though, stereo sound is an unnecessary upgrade and the AMOLED screen doesn't make me say wow. For the price though, it is really good.
It keeps deactivating the location making it hard to use navigation and the hotspot doesn't work for more than 3 to 5 mins then stops for good and you can't re-activate it until after restarting the phone.Everything else is good.
What can i do with this useless phone. I bought this phone only for my job purpose. Unfortunately i can't use this useless thing at outdoor when I'm at work. So i decided to preserve that phone in my Fridge
Wrost response from customer support.. Not even picking up the call in chennai. I bought new poco m4 5g camera quality is very poor. Please go for any other brand. Samsung is really great repsonse
I having this phone from approx 5 months. in this phone battery performance is excellent. game play performance is also good. but i faced a problem in this phone that it is not working smoothly. if we talk about it's camera front camera of this phone is ok but back camera not so good. if you buy this phone for camera quality so i suggest u should buy another phone. but still it's good 😊👍
