Excellent value for money fitness band. Has the same features as the more expensive ones (blood oxygen levels and heart rate monitor being the most important). This gadget makes you a more health conscious person simply by being on your wrist. Battery life is excellent and charging is fast. The strap is easy to replace. No clips to pry out or lose, just pop the main unit out from the strap. This is a great investment with a health return.

I mostly use it for telling the time and monitoring sleep patterns, which is interesting and informative. Battery seems to last about 5-6 days with standard use. It takes up to two hours to charge from very low. It comes with two display options (which you can't delete), one of which seems pointless as it is almost impossible to read the time from it. There are a number of different display options available to download, but for some reason I could only download one.
