This product has been a lifesaver for me for the last two years. I suffer from severe allergies and sinus issues and this drug free spray out performs everything I have ever used. I was shopping in the vitamin section looking for something to help with my allergies and this other customer recommended this. She told me to spray it right before your shower and by the time you finished showering you would be able to breathe again. It was affordable so I thought why not try it. It works quickly, is drug free, all natural and most importantly not habit forming. There is no problem with rebound congestion so you can use it every day. It somehow breaks down all that thick and nasty gunk out of your sinuses and lets you get rid of it. It's quick and easy to use. A note of caution you are going to need tissues after using this. If you suffer from allergies or have sinus issues I recommend you get this spray. It has worked wonders for me and has helped everyone I have recommended it to.

A lot of issues

My doctor prescribed this for a specific medical issue, and it doesn't even seem to be working for that. But I'm really questioning this product overall. First of all, there is a huge problem with the application. And I'm on something like my third or fourth bottle (doctor's orders), so I don't think I got a faulty one. Most of the time, I can feel it either start to run down the back of my throat or run out of my nostrils, so I try to keep my head steady for at least a few minutes until I give in and blow my nose (or until my nose literally starts running down my face). Overall, I just find it wet and uncomfortable and annoying. And if it forces me to blow my nose, am I even getting the full benefit?? I don't know who needs this product for congestion, but about the last thing I want to deal with when I'm sick is more of a wet and runny nose. This also stings somewhat when I apply it. Even the claims in the description sound a bit vague, imo.

Awesomeness in a bottle! My family and I can’t live without this product. I started using it instead of steroid spray because I don’t like the idea of spraying drugs up my nose every day. Before using this, I’d have sinus infections several times a year. I haven’t had a sinus infection, cold or any illness since I started using this twice a day, 6 months ago. It’s truly an amazing product. I hope the xlear company never stops making this. The spray itself is made in the USA, so no question about ingredient quality and quality control. They do however make some of their nose irrigation products (rinse) in a different country. I wouldn’t buy those just because it’s something that you’re actually spraying into your body and they have huge quality control and regulation ... MoreAwesomeness in a bottle! I have the mini version of this product, which is incredibly convenient to carry in my purse. It's remarkably user-friendly once you get the hang of it, providing a perfect spray directly into the nostrils. However, as I neared the end of one bottle, I noticed that the tube inside was not long enough, leaving some product trapped inside (as indicated by the green sticker in my photo). To ensure I use every last drop, I've resorted to using cotton swabs to scrape the remaining solution from the bottle, similar to how it's done during a COVID test. Apart from this minor inconvenience, the product itself is fantastic, delivering effective results. I also highly recommend the Neti Pot from Xlear.

Great supplement to allergy meds

I have terrible allergies in Spring and Fall, and this has helped me get things under control, in combination with Flonase and Zyrtec. I usually use this first thing in the morning, as a "primer" to clear up any congestion or dryness. Then I take my daily dose of F & Z, and then keep this handy to supplement throughout the day, when congenstion kicks in, or when my dry cough starts up. My cough used to be uncontrollable, especially at night (a nightmare for both me and my partner), but now I know to get a dose of Xlear before going to sleep, and I keep it at my bedside if I feel the cough coming on in the middle of the night. I now sleep much better through allergy season. My only gripe with this product is that it's overpriced for what it is, and I wish the bottle was glass and perhaps a bit larger, esp for the price.

This spray has been fantastic to calm the congestion and stuffy nose we all get if we get a simple cold. Some in the family also get seasonal allergies from pollen. The children also use Xlear but they use the children’s dispenser. It is easy to use and works very quickly. I let the little ones (with my supervision) squeeze the kids bottle themselves but with this adults nasal spray bottle I dispense it. The nozzle could hurt if they jammed it up a nostril. The spray works effectively for us all. It will unblock your nose and get all the secretions running so you can dab your nose with a tissue. Our dentist told us about biofilm in the mouth which protects the dangerous bacteria that cause cavities. Remove the biofilm from your nose or mouth and you can improve your health.

protection against covid and flu

There is strong evidence that XLear reduces the covid virus in the nasal tract, lowering the risk of infection. Most of the time I wear a N94 mask while indoors with people. But sometimes I need to be a normally social human being, and go out to dinner or an event with friends. And sometimes a careless unmasked person gets close and breathes down the side of my face. I use XLear before going out when I'll be unmasked, and when I get home. The risk is not eliminated, but I am confident that it is lessened.
