Such a simple concept yet not many people making these. The sound through quite ordinary headphones is good: through good headphones it becomes great!Lovely design, easy assemble and disassemble. Strings a little heavy for my taste but that is exactly it; my taste. No fault found, highly recommended

Perfect for "silent" practice in a shared household. The action is a little high at the 12th. fret for my liking - I'm sure an adjustment at the bridge could improve this. I was a little disappointed that the web site said I was ordering a "Natural" finish but a dark mahagony finish was delivered. Apart form that I am 99.9% pleased with the product, the price and speed of delivery. Thank you PMT.

Yamaha what can i say, quality and quality. Good sound, nice design and ergonomic design. Good guitar i guess for all types of musicians. It is perfect for late night play. Positive feedback and respect for Yamaha.
I wanted a classical guitar that was easy to transport and could be played without disturbing others. This is perfect. It is well made, with good intonation and action. The on board fx are great. It means I can really enjoy long trips away from home and not miss out on my favourite hobby of playing the classical guitar.
Can't fault this guitar - perfect right out the bag, sounds lovely even just through headphones & allows me to practice in my flat late at night without annoying the neighbours!It's fun to play about with the various tones through the onboart SRT pickup and gives some new 'colours' to classical pieces.The nut width is the same as my standard 'classical' at 52mm so I like that too.Well worth the money, and the fact it folds down into it's own travel bag is just brilliant.
As for me - this guitar is very useful (no one goes mad during you repeat one and the same part of song for 20 times) and quite nice during playing (piezo + microphone imitations + decorous hall= good sound enough ). In short - I am satisfied.
The silent classical is a very good guitar to play. It has the correct classical guitar set up with adjustable action. I’ve played several pieces via my headphones and the reverb sounds good.I’ve tried the guitar through a practice amp which didn’t sound as good. I’d like to try through a decent amp before passing judgment. For recording best to DI.I’d recommend this guitar for classical players to have as a travel, silent guitar or back up.
Yamaha managed to advance this model, in a very significant way. The fretboard is like you're playing a concert guitar. The woods he used in its construction are excellent. I think the price is good and it doesn't hurt to pay for a good instrument. The seller is a person who strives to serve you well.
I absolutely love this Guitar, I gave this 5 stars for the Playability, the design, the overall look, the feel and the overall Sound, I have several guitars to my collection and this is a gem that I have now added to my recordings, with the Cordoba Stage will make a wonderful blend in the mix. I would certainly recommend this Yamaha Silent guitar for all for the Professional and Semi.
