The product is lovely and great quality, but the timber is a completely different colour to what is photographed on the website. It says that it's oak, and the photos look like it's a light colour. The information warns to expect variations in tone and grain, but it doesn't say that the oak is actually stained a dark colour (can see the light colour in the recesses i the back).

Expensive for what it is, and it's a pain to mount because the screws don't go all the way through, so you have to get the screw holes in the wall perfectly in place without using the rack itself as a guide.It looks good on the wall, but the hooks just slide on and are kind of wobbly, and move around, nothing a bit of glue wouldn't fix.The final results looks good, but I probably wouldn't buy it again.

I ordered 2. They have good quality hooks and I was happy with the colour of the wood but it did come in 2 different grains which was fine by me but might annoy others. Really happy with the way it looks in my hall way

These hooks are ok, but I wouldn't buy them again. They only come with the items necessary for gyprock walls. Mine are brick, so had to buy plugs to be able to install it. The hooks also slide. I don't like this.
Nice looking rack with great design. I wish it were a bit wider, and I wish the black hooks weren't as wobbly and loose. Otherwise it looks and works great.
I love the design. But the function isn’t great. The hooks Slide Over the wood but they rattle around. They don’t hold tight. Also, the system for installing it isn’t great. If someone pulled hard on one of those hooks, I’m afraid it’s likely to pull the two flimsy anchors right out of the wall.
Beautiful high quality coat rack! I love its sleek modern mid-century look. The walnut and black combo is beautiful. Worth every penny. My only complaint is the instructions are not written in English so they were basically useless. It took my husband a good while to install (with a couple of curse words) but in the end even he commented on the quality and how nice it looks.
I bought two of these racks as they are only 50cm long and my space could accommodate more. Not to mention all my caps which needed housing. I will say the wood and finish, while adequate was not of the quality of the beautifully designed hooks so I lightly sanded and stained it a darker colour. It now looks fantastic on the wall and I love the overall design.
These are great looking and very functional hangers. We’ve replaced our old wooden pegs in the mud room with three of these. The long, steep and adjustable hooks make it easy to hang wet or dirty work pants below the wet or dirty work jackets and the steep angle of the hooks keeps everything a little closer to the wall. Good for a busy and narrow space. My only criticism would be the mounting hardware. The screw in anchor doesn’t always sit flush against the sheet rock which then makes the whole hanger mount (the wood) rock a little against the wall. This might not bother most people since it’s pretty minor, but it makes me a little crazy. I completely recognize my OCD here. Looked at sooo many wall mounted coat racks before choosing this one. Love the simple, elegant design and appreciate that it's wood and metal - no plastic!Took off one star because at this price point I didn't expect the wood to have a dimple in the front facing surface.
