I have had this candle for a week now...........and nothing. No smell. If you smell the candle unlit.....you smell a fruity smell. I smelled this candle in Walmart and decided to try it in my next Yankee candle order. So I put it in my living room....and after the wax had melted enough in a pool where there should be a scent......nothing. So I moved the candle to my bathroom which is a relatively small enclosed room compared to my living area......and NOTHING. Just nothing. Very disappointed.....I order a lot of candles.......very disappointing.

Red Raspberry is such a fun, cheerful, scent. It is very fragrant, fruity, and makes me think of sunshine filled days spent outdoors with my family. I enjoy burning my Red Raspberry along with a few Merry Berry tealights set in pretty votive cups in my family room.

This candle was not very strong. Ive ordered it before and it used to fill the room with its scent. Im not sure whats going on with these candles but they are not as highly scented as they used to be. Its disappointing considering how much they cost.
I love red raspberry! It’s my favorite fragrance. A light fruity scent and not overpowering. As long as Yankee Candle sells this candle, I will continue to purchase it.
A nice, strong raspberry candle. Definitely has those "red fruit/berry" notes. Probably not my personal favorite (I lean more to citrus and spice), but my kids like it a lot. I was a little nervous since it was on clearance, but it's plenty strong. We usually let it go for an hour and a half, until about a half-inch of wax is melted, which is just long enough for the fragrance to make it all the way through our open-concept living areas.

Yes when you light it and about an hour into burning, a scent appears, but not much raspberry. And as with all mass production candles, the scent fades in and out as the product is not mixed thoroughly. I think the companies add oil to top layer, middle, layer and lower layer, yet do not mix the blend all together.It is a fruity scent though. I purchased the red Raspberry basket that was being offered as a promotion because I really enjoyed the scent. I loved everything that was in the basket especially the small tumbler. I knew I had to get the large jar for this fragrance. I am so glad I did. This candle has a medium throw that is not overwhelming but is pleasantly warm and not too sweet. It reminds me of sunshine is about the best way to put it. I have been a Yankee Candle customer for many, many years and have had so many favorites, it was hard to narrow it down. I love the fruity scents and Red Raspberry is so fragrant and is great any time of year; it never disappoints and makes my home so warm and inviting. Besides Christmas time, this is the scent I burn the most. Such a warm fragrance and not too powerful, but just right. Love this scent!!
There aren’t many fragrances that fit into every season, but this is one that does. This candle has a wonderful throw. It’s a true raspberry fragrance and can be burned to hide strong food smells. I always buy the three wick and I also use a topper so that the wax melts evenly. I always buy this candle in multiples so that I’m never without. It works in every room. The red color is also very pretty when the wax is melted. Holidays are coming, and this fragrance works with the smell of pine. I’m down to my last two and just waiting for a sale so that I can rack up.
