The product is fine, the shoes does not fit and they won’t let me exchange

Better fit and comfort than I thought. I would recommend. I usually wear a 10 went 10.5 and fit is perfect
So comfortable and they fit like socks :) very cute you can go half a size up or they will stretch when you wear them but do not size down.
