Ordered two Yeti 8-cup dog bowls with customization - one Nordic Blue and one Nordic Purple. These bowls are great! They are heavy which we like. That and the non skid bottom make them very stable on our tile floors. Also like that these are food grade bowls. The lettering (customization) shows up better on the purple than on the blue. Considering the customization the bowls arrived in a resonable amount of time. Yeti kept us informed of where we were in the process. We have 6 dogs, so I'm sure we will be ordering some more. We have had many dog bowls over the years and these are by far the best.

Just bought one for my new puppy, a border collie.I bought my first Yeti bowl 2 years ago. At the time my border collie puppy was 6 mos old and kept flipping his food bowl over; any and every bowl. So PC Richard started carrying this $50 dogfood bowl which I first thought was a little much. But hey if it doesn't flip over, then to me it's worth it. So we used it for a week and although he tried, the bowl did not flip over due to how it is weighted. Then being a border collie he figured something out...he kept nudging it with his snout and inch by inch moved it into an inside corner of the walls. Have had this bowl for awhile. It’s been great. It’s a dog bowl. I normally never write reviews but felt this situation was warranted!For reference I have a Ford F-350, long box, diesel truck. Very heavy!!The bowl was on the ground at my trucks tailgate for water for my dog. My dad hopped in my truck to back it. He closed the tailgate but failed to see the yeti bowl on the ground and ran it over with my truck! I didn’t notice until later when I was co fused how the dog bowl got on the front side of the truck tire?Anyway.. long of the short. All the damage on the bowl are a couple scratches and a small dent in the bottom! The inside part of the bowl is in perfect condition still!Yeti does it again with the absolute highest quality products!

My family jokes about my yeti addiction, but they’re honestly all hooked too with how amazing ramblers are for any occasion. So when we found out we were getting a Golden pup, I knew she had to have the best! Within the first hour of her being home, it was clear she adored her bowl! I really can’t put into words how obsessed she is with it. She loves that it keeps her water cold. They’re super easy to clean and great for both food and water. Finding dog products that are nontoxic is such a challenge but knowing that my sweet girl is eating and drinking out of bowls that are high quality stainless steel without things like BPA/BPS or lead/toxic metals gives me peace of mind. With 4 Aussis girls we gave the Yeti Boomer 8 a try. Our girls are now enjoying a “Happy Hour” through out the day. It’s 5 o’clock somewhere, right? Seriously, they gather and line up for a cool drink. I find myself getting in more steps doing refills and refreshing their beverages. lol They don’t make a mess with lapping either, which is an additional bonus. Staying hydrated is paramount and with the Yeti 8 Boomer it’s obviously getting our girls to be heavy drinkers! Keep it chill and they will come back for more!
We've had these YETI Boomer 4 Dog Bowls for over a month, and our girls are happy. We purchased 4 of these bowls and placed them at various areas in our home, with one outdoors. Our 4 Australian Shepherd girls have never drank so much, and that's a good thing. The size is ideal for keeping it freshly filled. The water stays cool which entices them to lap it up. Good thing we have a doggie door with access to the great outdoors because with all that drinking those girls have got to go! Thanks YETI for creating an ideal dog bowl. Our girls are wiggle butt happy!
I bought the light turquoise bowl, but noticed after a few months that rust dots had started on it. I only use water and Ivory dish soap to wash it. I had the worst time getting the product returned and replaced. Yeti usually has great customer service, but really dropped the ball on this one. I was first told that they would return it “this once”, as if it was my fault. Then, it took weeks for them to acknowledge receipt of the returned bowl (first they lost it), and even more time to send me a replacement. In the end, the replacement seems fine, but I’ll keep an eye on it for rust marks.

He usually drinks out of the big dogs bowls instead of the teeny one he had since he came home.Well, he won’t drink from this!! I washed it and filled it with cold clean water for him. He approached it like a hunter surveying his prey - belly lowered and a wary look in his eyes. He got about 2” away and started sniffing it like crazy, but wouldn’t drink from it. The next few days, the other two dogs drank from his bowl while he drank out of theirs. Then I had the idea to switch locations of his bowl to get used to it. So I swapped out the big dogs bowl for his & vice versa.Now, all the sudden, he can’t get enough! (I swear puppies are like toddlers!) Our Dogs Love drinking fresh Cool water all day from their new Yeti dog bowl. We live in Southern California. This summer temperatures reach 103 to 113° in the valleys we live in near Temecula California. Every morning we put fresh water and a cube of ice in the dog bowl by late that afternoon the water was still cool. Having the Yeti dog bowl has helped keep our dogs from drinking out of the swimming pool and drinking fresh water from their new Yeti bowl.
