Yogasleep Duet White Noise Machine With Night Light & Wireless Speaker

I first purchased the Hatch for my upcoming baby, on the recommendation of lots of my friends with kids. Unfortunately, it was not for me. I did not realize that after 6 months you need to pay for the lullabies! I think that's ridiculous, since the price of the Hatch is already high. Also I did not find it to be user friendly, There i is only one button on the top that controls the sounds and it does not respond right away to my touch (there's like a s3-5 second delay. I also didn't like the fact that you had to use an app. I spend enough time looking on my phone that I'd rather have a button I can quickly press.I returned the Hatch and purchased this instead. The YogaSeep Duet is small and cute and the light is nice and warm (I don't think it's dimmable or if it is I haven't figured that out yet but it doesn't bother me because I think it's the perfect amount of light). I like that it connects to bluetooth if want to play a song through it and I like that the sounds are separated into three sections; white noise, nature sounds and baby sounds. This allows you to get to the sound you want much faster than if there was only one sound button. My only criticism is I wish the volume went slightly louder. It IS loud enough for a sleeping baby to listen to and have other sounds blocked out but just barely. I also wish it could be unplugged and still work but for the price, I am very happy with this unit!

I first found this in a hotel room and came home and found one to buy for myself. It is small and doesn’t take up a lot of room on the nightstand. The sounds all are realistic. Sometimes with these sound machines anything other then white noise gets annoying because they do not sound authentic. This one does. It is also small enough to take for travel. Will charge on USB or electric using USB charger. It comes with the USB cord but not the electric charger. I have plenty of those so not a problem but buyer beware.

Absolutely love the design and look of this machine. It has a mix of sounds which is great as the white noise was doing my head in - we moved to alpha music instead. Why I gave three stars is because I don’t love that you can’t adjust the dimness of the light. It permanently lives with a sock on top that moves up and down as we require more light. Also not being portable is a bigger drawback than I realised. If you’re hooked you’ll need to buy a second portable machine. Would I buy it again? Probably.
