Yogi Tea Breathe Deep Tea

I believe in herbal ingredients to combat common illnesses. I drink regular black tea on a daily basis, so I found this to be useful when I was sick. I recently had a bad case of pharyngitis which I needed a home remedy for, which lead me to this tea at Walmart. It was good but not great. I did not like the aftertaste - which much have been the aniseed liquorice flavor. However, it helped clear up some of my chest congestion which was my seeming effect. This is not the Yogi tea I would drink on a regular basis, but I’ll certainly give it another go next time I get sick.

Does not work at all! Sinus still clogged but Fall Tchai Latte' taste is very comforting.

The taste is delicious and gets my 5 stars. One of the yummiest teas I've ever tasted. However, it does nothing at all! My sinus are still dry and caked on high between my eyebrows, and the reason why I cannot breathe with a mask on. This does not help one iota, the silver spray I got does, albeit temporarily. The taste of this is very reminiscent of Tchai Latte', the comforting fall spices are all in there. (I have not tried to add milk.)For those who claim they do not like the taste, you need to learn to remove the bag from the water after exactly 1 minute. This might be ok 2 minutes, tops. After that, YOU are the one ruining your tea. Substances that are no good for you get released when teas are brewed for longer than that. Good for asthma, allergies, and sinus

This tea really works..I have asthma and bad allergies making it hard to breathe and sleep comfortably. I’ve been drinking this tea everyday for a week before bed and my quality of sleep has improved drastically because I can breathe so much better. I also don’t wheeze thru the night since drinking this. This is a must have if you struggle w asthma, allergies, or sinus issues. Also soothed my gfs sore throat. 10/10 recommend

Helps breathe easily

I love this tea. I have a lot of respiratory problems specially during cold season. I am proned to asthma attacks due to viruses, and have a very bad cough when that happens. I have a cup of tea and breath deep while drinking it, and works like magic. I like the fact that it is caffeine free so I can enjoy late at night as neede.

Just What I Needed

I am currently drinking my second cup of the day. I bought this yesterday because my allergies have been going haywire, and I have been having trouble breathing. I had my first cup before bed last night as I was sipping this tea I could feel a difference in my breathing. I usually have a cup of coffee when I am having trouble with my breathing. This morning I skipped the coffee and had a cup of Yogi Breathe Deep instead. The tea tastes delicious and is not overwhelming at all. I have had it with and without sweetener (I used wildflower honey) and both versions are good.

Life changing! How am I just learning about this!!

Wow! I have been sick with bronchitis and have been using an albuterol inhaler and mucinex and my chest was not clearing up. I had my first cup of this a bit ago and can breathe soooo much better already. I feel like it works better than the inhaler. It’s a different taste; I don’t love it and I don’t dislike it. But I will joyfully drink it because it works as intended. Highly recommend! It will open up your airway!

Loved this tea, but...

So, I got this tea initially because someone was giving away a few bags they didn't drink. I immediately fell in love with the flavor so I ordered a case of six boxes.This DOES have a warning label on it that says, "Not recommended for daily use beyond 4-6 weeks" and that is VERY true. I was drinking 3-5 cups of this a day during my work shifts. Great taste, one of my favorites really. However, about 1-2 weeks after starting regular consumption, I started to experience strange things. I developed a Globus sensation in my throat, and sometimes had dry mouth while other times I felt as though my mouth was almost sweating. My tongue gained a white coating and lumps, and overall it was just wildly uncomfortable. So, I stop drinking the tea, and two days later, everything in my mouth and throat goes back to normal.Now, I didn't actually visit a doctor during this so I can't say 100% sure that it was the tea, but when the symptoms started about a week after I began drinking the tea daily and then cleared up two days after I stopped - I truly believe there is something in this tea that can cause rough allergic reactions. I've spoken to people about it and their best guesses are the Licorice or Eucalyptus, but I do not know for sure.Consume with caution!!

i love all the yogi tea bags, i always drink this one when my allergies hit in and it helps enormously! its composition is great containing eucalyptus, licorice, ginger root, cardamon, peppermint so basically all you need to breathe deep and it is also delicious. my family also uses it to protect themselves from the germs when anyone is sick, and suprise- results are there! no coughing, no sneezing!
