The EZONE series is now in its 6th generation! Yonex has made some impressive changes to the new EZONE 100 (300 g), but it retains the speed and spin-friendly precision of the previous version. At 318 grams, this racket is weighted primarily for intermediate players, but should also work very well for any technically proficient player who wants a lightweight tournament racket. For 2020, Yonex has not only redesigned the frame for more stability, but also made the hitting area slightly larger for an even more forgiving response. New technologies include a Liner Tech system that reduces string friction on the frame for added comfort and performance. This technology also features a denser string spacing in the center to ensure shot control. Greater string spacing further out reduces impact shock on off-center hit balls. To improve the stability of the frame and optimize the flex of the racket at impact, Yonex adds a uniquely strong and resilient graphite in the racket's heart called M40X. This racket also features a vibration dampening mesh in the handle for less vibration and a cleaner feel. Like the previous generation, this version of the EZONE 100 feels fast, spin-friendly, lively, and precise. With a higher frame hardness than the EZONE 98, this racket offers a firmer and more powerful feel, but is still quite comfortable for a modern tournament racket. At net, the EZONE 100 not only gives you the stability you would expect from a heavier VCORE Pro model, it also offers enough speed and power for more aggressive players. It also excels on returns, where it comes around the body quickly and offers effortless accuracy on full-length swings. With this impressive update to the EZONE 100 (300 g), Yonex offers a great option for both advanced and technically skilled players looking for a light and responsive tournament racket.

It was my first purchase from TennisHub. I was skeptical initially but made the purchase anyhow. It was a good experience to buy as there were large variety and choices in brands available. The racket is good and I see a visible improvement in the play compared to my prior play with Head.Area to improve would be explain some of the technical terms in simple terms for understanding by players who play for fun. For example recommending high or low tension in stringing for different or selected racket to buy and how it will impact the player. This would essentially a good addition on the service provided by TennisHub, which is overall good.

I have played different generations of Ezone and was eventually stick to the DR version for years. After trying this 2022 7th version of Ezone, I decided it is time to upgrade my gear. Finally a soft, powerful and control-oriented Ezone is here! It’s very easy to hit my shots long and deep, plus the power. Most of tennis friends noticed right away the better depth and heaviness of my ground strokes from this new Ezone. Most important of all, even with full bed co-poly (Yonex Polytour 17G in 42lb) it doesn’t bother my arms at all. The thicker racquet throat design really stabilized the impact (similar to Ezone XI) and gives the hitting a cushion feeling. I really enjoy this newer version of Ezone. Also, I have to admit the paintjob is just very classy and pretty ... MoreI have played different generations of Ezone and was eventually stick to the DR version for years. Highly recommend to demo this racquet.

I've owned and played with the Vcore 95, Speed 360 MP, Pure Strike, Blade 98, Prostaff 97, Graphene 360 Extreme, Pure drive and my first racquet was a Wilson Hyperhammer. Of those the Pure Strike was the one I used the longest but my arm suffered a lot of injury with it. I bought the Yonex Ezone 98 about a month or so ago and it simply blows all of those other racquets out of the water. If I had to compare it to any of them it would be the pure strike but the Ezone is so much better. I feel like all of my strokes have become reliable and consistent. I have a fast swing speed and play with a lot of topspin. Spin come easy to this racquet as well as accuracy. I'm in love with it and I believe this will be the last racquet I will ever need to buy.

Yonex declined my warranty claim about an internal vibration in the handle because I returned the racquet without strings (their warranty policy requires two piece stringing), and that the frame was "very abused". Yes, there were many hit marks on the frame, but if you play half seriously, you will hit the court surface often. Also, you should see my old Wilson Pro Staff 97, half the frame is worn off, but still solid, no vibration. Not to mention, another racquet of the exact same kind I have is "very abused" just the same, yet no vibration. And why would the condition of the frame matter to an internal vibration from the handle!? The hit marks are not at the handle! You pay the premium for quality, and all you get from Yonex is that they hide behind their ... MoreYonex declined my warranty claim about an internal vibration in the handle because I returned the racquet without strings (their warranty policy requires two piece stringing), and that the frame was "very abused". The retailer should also stand behind their customers and stand up to such ignorance from a manufacturer.
As a player who was used to play with 320+ g rackets I struggled for a long time to get used to lighter racket. For a while I was stuck at 310 g and I could not find a racket lighter than that which did not feel flimsy. The new Yonex, Ezone is a game changer that plays like a light tour. It’s very well balanced for 3.5 to 4.0players. I highly recommend it.
Got this racquet after a lot of online research. Played with it 3-4 times till now and it seems to live up to the high expectations. Great option for those players who are somewhere between intermediate and advanced levels, and probably for others as well. Adds that extra bit of power and depth to your shots. I was looking at racquets with 98 or 100 head size, in the range of 290 to 305 grams unstrung weight, and not too hard on the arm.
Been using for just over a week and already, l feel comfortable with the ezone feel. Suits my all rounder style and l feel confidence in hitting shots l wasn't normally comfortable with before. Strongly recommend this racquet to people who are intermediates like myself as well as people more confident at all parts of the court. Right amount of power and agility for a confident game.
Overall Experience: Just fantastic!Categories: Service, Rally, Volley, Spin potentialParameters: Excellent, Very Good, Good, Average. Bad1. Service: Very Good - Easy to use and adapt to. Service largely depends upon how fluent you are in your swing path but this one helps you adapt to that.2. Rally: Excellent - For me, this worked like a charm! Super control and topspin. But this largely depends upon your swing technique and overall dynamics.3. Volley: Very Good - Again suited my game really well. At times felt a bit light on the net but then volleying depends upon how muscular your forearms and feet are.4. Spin Potential: Good - This is the only area where I felt this racquet lags a bit. Don't take me wrong, this does provide some spin but I felt on kick and slice serve you need to have really good technique to pull off good **** out of this racquet. Please note: All of this also depends on the type of strings you are using. I am still trying and seeing which strings fits the bill for me vis-a-vis this racquet. Otherwise, you can easily adapt to this racquet if you're looking something in 305 gms category.
Very light & easy to play. More power , very comfortable to any stroke in tennis. I love it since i used this yonex ezone 108 tennis racquet, my games were improved very well and no more tennis elbow. Definitely i recommend this racquet to all tennis players out there who loves lighter & bigger frame racquet.
I am sharing my experience after using this racquet for more than 2 weeks now. Its a racquet with decent power. If you middle the ball you don't have to put much power in the shot, only proper swing and racquet will take care of it. slice and backhand are also good, again you just have to time your shot well. My game is from baseline mostly so couldn't comment much of spin potential. Only thing if you are recreational or beginner player, it might feel a bit too heavy, so Go for 100L version, else you might feel heaviness on your shoulder. In general its not stiff, easy on your elbows. All in all a very good racquet, as a player one has to work on technique and proper swing, and rest will be taken care by this racquet.
