The design came out very good on the baseball cap. I was very happy when I saw it. Earlier I order an unstructured cap and I was shock at how wack it looked. lol Sorry. If I'd read a review like this I would not have made that mistake. This makes my project easy going forward

Finally a hat that could fit a full-grown head! Without looking weird. I have used Flexfit caps in the past before I opened my store, and they are great. So I was very pleased to see Printful offering it. Now, about the cap, it is somewhat different from other Flexfit caps, it is not too stiff, which is a good thing. Although it is not stiff, but the front of the cap is well structured to support your designs, and curved in a way that it fits nicely on your head, while the sides and the back of the cap remains flexible.The only negative thing, is the sticker. This is not Printful fault, but the manufacturer. It was meant to be remove, as it is obvious. I paid to have our order bagged and tagged with UPC codes. Not only were the items not bagged and tagged, they were just thrown in a box with no way to differentiate between men's and women's sizes. So now my 3PL is charging me to sort, bag, and tag the t-shirts. I was refunded the cost of bagging and tagging but in the end these t-shirts will cost me far more than they should have .Trust blown. Customer lost. I'm sure you won't publish this review but I do hope you fix your process for future customers.

I selected this hat because it came in a 2XL as well as smaller sizes plus they were affordable. I needed hats for our Bocce team and wanted to add our team name with heat transfer vinyl. However customer service wasn’t sure if it would work, but I ordered them anyway and they turned out great. Will definitely be ordering more for our other sports teams.
Hat is great but the size was way too big. I wish the the site was specific about the sizing. They don't offer exchanges and to return and buy again- would mean I wouldn't get the sale price and I would also have to pay for shipping again.
