Made my girlfriend love me more. In all seriousness... This is a great game for any Zelda enthusiast. I grew up with the two N64 games, and needed an updated way to play them. Even with the 3DS versions released, this provided a nice alternative that were much more like the original games than their remakes. For example, the graphics are closer to the originals than their update. I also never got the chance to play the original Legend of Zelda or Zelda II: Adventure of Link. Those are nice tag-along features to play, but the real enjoyable value is in Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. That being said, even if this just included those two, I'd still highly recommend it.

I'm am 100% satisfied with this purchase from DKOldies. I even had a special request for the 1.0 version of this game; and in a conversation with sales, I was told I was able to type out the request in my order comments on the checkout page. Not only was my request fulfilled, but there was a kind hand-written note confirming that the version of the game was 1.0. The cartridge and the pins were in great condition!

Great disk, it has two N64 Zelda games: Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask and two classic Zelda games: The Legend of Zelda and The Adventure of Link. As far as I understand, this is the first time Nintendo used emulation to make older games available in a new console. So all games are saved as ROM images in the disk and are emulated. I read some reviews that say Majora's Mask is buggy in this version, but I haven't experienced any issues, except a bit of delay in a single area of the game, but apart from that it works just fine: I had no issues with saving slots nor ay crashes and I already played to the very end. This disk is region-coded NTSC from USA. I live in UK, but since my console is from USA I could not use the British version. I and Im sure others too have had crazy nostalgia during the pandemic... Pokmon has come back and this made me think of the good old days playing Nintendo 64! Time really does fly... The Legend of Zelda Majoras Mask was always one of my favorite games! Its a shame that this and Ocarina of Time are not available on Nintendo Switch. Im almost certain that if you included the Collectors Edition or even just Ocarina of Time/Majoras Mask combo that it would be a huge hit! I have felt the same happiness playing this game now at almost age 30 as I did when I was 9. Thank you for providing me this awesome product! I highly recommend it! :)
I bought this not really knowing about it, but I'm a Zelda need so I want all the Zelda games. When it came there were no scratches, marks, anything the condition was perfect and still is! So far this is my only gamecube game(s) and I will be ordering more without a doubt! Thank you all!! You work so hard!!

The only problem I could mention is that if you are playing on a Modern HD flat panel TV (I played on a 40" LED Samsung) the screen is stretched and looks (to me anyway) worse than the originals, maybe I have just got used to the graphics of today. But graphics alone do not make a great game and even though it's not the prettiest on the eye I enjoy it none the less, bear in mind the age of the games on the disc. Happy Gaming!
The Legend of Zelda - Collector's Edition includes not 1 or 2 or 3 but 4 classic Zelda Games. Games that you come back to play them again and again. For those who still own the Nintendo Gamecube this collection is highly recommended. All the adventures are exciting, the storyline compelling, the characters are lovable, the music absolutely lovely, great graphics and vivid colours. Ive never played Zelda or any Zelda related game before, unless you count any of the Super Smash Bros games. So, if you are like me, you might have been curious as to why Zelda games are so expensive and why people rave over them. This game is a great starter for the new Zelda player. It features four games with the additional Wind Waker demo. This is a great value and a great Zelda game to start with, since it features the two original NES Zelda games along with Ocarina of Time and Majoras Mask. Overall, Id say this is a great value for what youre getting. Its a good disc to try out if youve never played before. And Ive gotta say, I really enjoy it! Its a great game series.
After searching everywhere, and doing some research, I settled on DKoldies for my most recent self-indulgence of Majora's Mask. I purchased the complete gamecube promotional disc version. It arrived timely and in better condition than I could have dreamed. The case shines, the booklets were flat and looked unused, and the game is pristine! There were not enough hours in my weekend to play. My kids are a bit jelly, but hey, they took allllllll the games when they moved out and left me with nothing. Moms gotta play. This has brought back so many joyful summer memories of staying up all night with my kiddos. Zelda is still a great game to play in whatever format is chosen.Highly recommend! 5 nerdy boomer stars!
