I bought this then forgot about it until I tripped and pulled my achilles tendon. Within a few minutes the pain had lessened a lot and was almost gone. I recommend you use the ball on the tube and not your hands to apply this, the scent is very strong. But it works!

We have used many creams and gels to relieve aching muscles over the years but the Martin & Pleasance Zen gel is by far the best we have ever used. Would not use anything else for muscle pain relief.

Helps the neck muscles at night. Limited success with the arthritis in my hands - does offer some relief. Has a lovely smell.
I adore this product- it helps me so much when I'm in pain. I've gotten my elderly neighbours into using it too & they are also hooked on how good it is.
Needed something that smelt strongly (was told by person treating my elbow) apparently works on the brain! Anyway very happy with it, I wear it at night as it is a little strong in smell to wear through the day around others, but I like it! I thought it a little expensive, hence the value comment above.
Very soothing when in pain & works to help reduce inflammation. I love the fact that it's based on herbs as well as the scent of it, much more pleasant & not so medicinal than other similar products.
