This is my first experience with a memory foam mattress and not sure I will be able to go back to a traditional spring mattress at this time. It comes in a box, which I didn't expect for starters and essentially vacuum sealed, which was great as it was delivered on the uncovered section of my porch on a rainy day, but the mattress stayed dry. It will definitely take more than one person to move around and the box indicates that. The mattress will take time to flatten out after you open it, but laying on it one night will take care of that. The first night it felt too firm for my liking, but it was new mattress experience for me. After 23 years of service and horrible sleeping locations, I wake up with zero aches. Bed has held up great in the last two weeks. No indentations. We were afraid that it was going to smell of green tea. There isn't a noticeable smell. When sleeping with a partner you don't notice their movements as much as I traditionally have on a spring mattress. Not sure if it passes the "wine glass test" though.
