Use for our 4 year old daughters “big girl” bed upgrade from a standard twin innerspring mattress. We got the full size, 10” thickness. I appreciate that it is vacuum sealed and rolled to make for reduced shipping size. Cut open the plastic and it immediately takes its original shape. We let it breathe for a few days before using. Daughter weighs next to nothing, but parents appreciate the support when getting her to bed. No sag we have noticed or really any negatives for form or function.

I’m in my 60’s and always bought high quality brand name coil spring mattresses but always tossed and turned throughout the night and woke up with a back ache. I recently had the opportunity to sleep on a Zinus at a friend’s house and slept like a baby and I only rolled over once. I woke up feeling refreshed and no sore back. So when I returned home I ordered the 12 inch green tea because I wanted the thickest foam I could get. I slept on it last night for the first time and again I hardly changed positions, slept like a baby and woke up feeling like my batteries were fully charged and no aches or pains. My only regret is that I didn’t find out about Zinus sooner.

My wife and I were really hoping that the pressure relief memory foam mattress was what we were hoping it to be, and unfortunately it just did not live up to our expectations. For us, it does not provide the "plush, luxurious feel that soft mattress lovers' dreams are made of".The mattress is much more stiff and firm than we thought. The memory foam does not allow our bodies to sink in like we imagined it would. Instead, there are mornings that we wake up sore & stiff with some tingling in our arms from nerve pressure /:The return/exchange policy seems overwhelming and so we're not sure what to do about it. We wish we would have ordered the Winter Cloud Memory Foam mattress, but that is over twice the price.

This was my first time buying a brand new mattress as well as moving into a new apartment. I was trying to save money by not dropping too much money on mattress, especially if it was my first time. I am so happy I decided to go with this one. I ordered this in 12" Queen Size. Once it arrived, I let it decompress for a total of 48 hours before using it. It hugs your body in the best way possible. Me and my boyfriend were having back problems before this bed, and now, we are not tossing and turning anymore. I am a back sleeper and he is a side sleeper and both of us sleep just fine! I definitely wake up feeling well rested. It is not too soft, and not too firm. It's very supportive.
At first, it seemed like a wonderful mattress It was so soft and comfy, however in less than a year, my side of the mattress became very uncomfortable as it started to sag and become indented. We are well within the weight limits of the mattress and thought it was just a defective mattress. We utilized the warranty and had it replaced. The replacement mattress did the exact same thing in just a few months time. It has become so uncomfortable to sleep on, giving me hip and back pain, and constantly feeling like I am going to roll off the bed. I cannot wait until we can replace with a different brand of mattress that will actually hold up.
I have purchased so many Zinus mattresses for my entire family and have always been pleased. More than pleased, actually. I’ve recommended them to people who were looking for a good mattress. This mattress, however, is by far the worst thing that I have ever purchased. I do not understand how it has a four-star rating. I purchased from Amazon because Zinus no longer sells the mattress that my family and I all love, thinking that this would be comparable. HOW WRONG I WAS! This is horrible. It’s the most uncomfortable mattress and I wake up with unbelievable pain. I wish I could return it to Amazon but how do you even make that happen. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. I would give this thing zero stars if possible. IT IS THAT UNCOMFORTABLE.
This mattress was exactly what I was looking for. However, I definitely wish more instructions/details were included in the instructions about how to get it to completely rise. It stated that you simply wait 48 hours and it will reach 8 inches, but that wasn't true. I waited 4 days and my mattress was still at 6 inches and stopped expanding. I researched the brand website and finally found that the trick to full height expansion is STEAM! I took my steamer to it and it started to grow! I won't lie, I spent a solid 30 minutes steaming the edges and corners because it was very misshapen. After steaming, it expanded fully and was a normal shape. I just wish the directions would have said that from the beginning!
