I’ve been looking for a bed suitable for my mom since she loves to sit in bed all day to watch TV. One of my friends suggested to check out Zinus online which seems to have solid reviews all around. I eventually came across this Zinus bed and took a leap of faith in it-I’ve never bought a bed online before! I can’t believe all the components are conveniently packed in the headboard!We followed the signs marked by Zinus and found the instructions inside. The instructions were extremely simple to follow and Zinus provides all the tools needed for assembly (allen key and ratchet tool) in a flash we assembled the bed frame. To be honest it took just a bit under half an hour to fully assemble the bed frame.After a few nights of using the bed frame my mom loves the padding on the headboard, and she said “It’s very comfortable to rest my head on the headboard to watch TV”.We definitely recommend this bed frame to all our friends and family, whether you want to watch TV on your bed or to sleep on a well made sturdy bed. You just can’t go wrong with this bed frame.Even our doggy approves!

I am so sad I didn't know about this bed before. My husband and I were really struggling with heat in bed and the mattress being too soft. We were sleeping on a premium $1000 pillow top mattress. I was having chronic shoulder and back pain for the past year and a half. We have been sleeping on this bed a month now and the pain is gone and the struggle is over. We chose the hybrid and couldn't be happier. Another thing to note is that the platform frame we purchased is excellent quality and easy to assemble. It looks beautiful in our room and is very nicely constructed. There were so many short cuts on the assembly like screws already in place just having to be tightened when the pieces were put together. I would recommend this to anyone.

Hello. The product that I purchased is good and I like it. But is little bit shorter than the mattress. And I want it the frame lower. Can you please tell mehow we are going to precede to return and by something else. I don’t have the box.Thank you for helping me.

They all had solid feedback from customers and this gave me some degree of assurance. The quality shown on the site seemed great, I loved the dark grey color and the price was very competitive. The bed height is also key, it sits about 13” high, and then adding our 12” mattress, it works right for me that I can just sit and get up from the bed without crawling out and straining my knees.It was delivered in just 2 days. When the box arrived, there were minor damages to the box and this got me worried about the condition of the product inside the box. When I opened the box, I saw that the manufacturer had put in extra care with the packaging inside, that even with the damages via delivery, the product inside was intact. I was also surprised to find only a Headboard in one box. And then I realized at the back of the headboard there was a zippered compartment with all the parts that had been cleverly folded and placed into it. The box/headboard with all the parts in there was heavy and so I decided to unzip/unload the parts in the front foyer. With the help of my husband I moved the parts to the bedroom upstairs. The individual parts were light and it did not take us much time to get this done.We removed all the plastic sleeves from the parts and realized that there were only few parts that we had to work with because some of the parts were preassembled and also prescrewed. I just had to unfold/expand 2 main beams of the bed and loosen the screws with the provided Allen key to put the parts in place and then tighten them again with the Allen key & a Ratchet tool that was also provided. I didn’t need any power tools or drills and not even a screw driver. The assembly instruction sheet had diagrams and all the parts were numbered on it and were very easy to follow. It took us just 40 mins to finish the job. The wood support slats are set closely enough that it provides strong support for my mattress. In addition to that they’ve added foam padded tape to the steel frame because of which there are no squeaks and it is completely noise-free. The entire process went smooth with no fights.The bed is of such high quality and value, that we are considering buying their other products to add to our new home. We would highly recommend this product to all our family and friends!
Wow is all I can say... As a woman who wanted to redo her bedroom, this was my choice. Boy was I surprised. Fantastic build quality and ease of building. So super simple. Everything fit perfect and didn't have any missing parts or mis-aligned parts. All of the parts were fabulous. I was so impressed with all the details and the little notes and things with the instructions and packets. So sweet and caring. Love that a company takes this much pride in their products and ensuring that the customer will love it. So so impressed that I'm almost without words. So So Happy that I'm tearing up a little while I write this. Over the moon excited, happy and satisfied. Will for sure be recommending this to friends and buying more from this manufacturer. I was able to put this together myself. I'm a 29 year old girl and the directions were clear, everything was included and it made sense to me. It took me less than an hour to install using the one handheld allen wrench but it would go faster using a drill bit that fits. I think the biggest thing I would suggest is not tightening anything fully until all the braces and side boards are installed because everything will settle in differently. There's a place on the instructions even where it's not obvious, but it doesn't say to tighten the screws at all. I'm extremely happy with this purchase. It's a beautiful, sturdy bed and the fabric is high quality and there's no sharp edges you can scrape your legs against if you're in a smaller room!
Arrived 5 days earlier than originally scheduled. Shipping box was little beat up but the inside box was in perfect condition. Took about 30 minutes to assemble once I got all the packaging off and all pieces laid out.. All tools and Hardware are included and the instructions are pretty easy to follow. I am very impressed with the Quality and the Sturdiness of this Queen size bed. There is absolutely NO wobble to this bed. I was very skeptical about the quality for this price, But I have to say I am Very Impressed with this bed. You can tell Zinus put a lot of thought into the design and manufacturing of this very economically priced bed .
This is a really nice quality and solid bed. My son loves it and he said it makes is whole sleeping arrangement much more enjoyable because there’s no movement or springyness. He had a steel frame and box spring before this. The slats that were included were supportive enough for us to loose the box spring. It also looks really simple and nice in his room.
I did not assemble the bed, my husband did. He had no complaints about the quality and it went together fairly easy. It definitely had a weird smell the first day. I put an air purifier in our room, and that helped. I don't notice the smell as much. We've never had a bed with a headboard so this is nice, although it is a little wiggly. I wish the headboard had a little more hardware to secure it to the frame. We have not yet had sex on this new bed so I can't really tell you about its durability! 😆 The frame is low, lower than I thought, and my under the bed containers do not slide underneath. We could lift the frame to get them under the edge, but that's a hassle. I'll probably just get some fabric stoage bags so they're flexible enough to slide underneath.
