I was currently assembling the queen - navy / Misty upholstered platform bed frame and when I am assembling the (4) plastic bed frame legs, the legs screw holes on the frame footer are not align correctly that it does not screw In properly!!! Terrible product piece manufactured by whom drilled out the screw holes on machine!!! Terrible. I want a replacement footer piece

The bed its self s great, sturdy, not too complex to set up, despite the less than desirable instructions, which were very unclear about the wiring for the USB, there is no mention of the cable in the lower part of the head end, only the upper cable. The help desk took more than 24 hours to respond, so by the time they even read my email, I had actually worked through the issue myself. That all being said, the bed is great, and I would recommend these beds to anyone who isn't scared of working through the instructions

The bed is very nice and sturdy, ordered through amazon and am happy. however I did not receive any of the bolts or screws to put it together. Makes the whole process annoying as I needed the bed put together for this weekend, may go buy screws from Home Depot so I dont have to wait for Zinus to ship it.

I actually purchased this platform bed with headboard on Amazon and it was on sale. It was quick and easy to put together. It’s very sturdy. I’m using it with my new Nectar mattress. There is no need for a boxspring with this bed. I purchased the queen frame so it comes with the headboard as shown. I know the king size has a shorter headboard for some reason while the other sizes have the 43” headboard. The headboard sits flush against the wall. There is still enough space under the bed to slide shoeboxes or shallow storage totes under it. I use a king sized quilt on this queen frame and it hangs about an inch from the floor on either side. I m very pleased with this bedframe. I would definitely recommend it.
I love this bed!! First off it doesn’t squeak when you frickle frackle lol. Jumping on it, sturdy. Assembling so easy. The headboard on the shorter side but elegant. That fabric is thick which makes it look a lot more expensive than it is. I have a 10in mattress and it sits nicely and doesn’t budge. Get it! It’s worth every penny. The packaging is thoughtful. The screws are great quality. Everything! It’s so sturdy and well made. Best purchase yet!
Writing this review after use of almost 6months…. We love this bed… my kid is always jumping on it and its still going sturdy. The upholstery is classic and keeps my kid safe too in case he tumbles while jumping. Color and quality are too good. Also the base is extremely strong and the velcro keeps the base in place. 10/10 to this bed.

The frame arrived in less than a week from when I ordered it I think. The package was extremely heavy; we live in a 3 story townhome and ended up opening the package on the main level where our front door is and taking the pieces up individually. All of the pieces were packaged neatly indide the back zippered compartment in the headboard. I found all the pieces a very high quality. Everything was labeled perfectly. The assembly was very easy, i got the whole bed put together in under an hour by myself. No issues at all with assembly, they also include the best little tool which made the assembly even easier! And they included extra pieces - just in case! The product looks like it cost 10x more than what i paid, soo excited to finish the room and see my full vision! I got the full size for use in my spare bedroom. This bed looks good, and is also very sturdy. I like the fact that it has many legs, so the mattress is supported throughout. Assembly was pretty easy, and the instructions were clear. As others commented, the shipping box is heavy.Overall, it looks nice. The fabric feels like an upholstered armchair fabric (i.e. more sturdy than plush). I really like how solid the whole thing is when assembled. It doesn't move, squeak, shift, or anything. The wood slats are laminated/plywood, which is nice for this application.I used this with my Zinus Green Tea gel mattress, 12". This is a pretty classy set-up for a spare bedroom - it's certainly nice enough to use in a master bedroom as well.

The shipping was unpredictable- the tracking said that my order was still being processed, and hadnt even shipped yet.
