I bought the high polish brass version. I was expecting that: just a polished brass zippo, nothing more. But it comes with the phrase "SOLID BRASS" engraved on the front and is ugly af. That engraving wasn't showed on the produt page and kinda ruins my plan of making my own engravings to the lighter.

I like the ping, I like the style. It's a great tool although leaky, but there are plenty of Zippo hacks available online so I can look passed that. The polished brass is nice but the surface is a scratch magnet. It adds to the uniqueness, but don't be too disappointed.

I like the ping, I like the style. It's a great tool although leaky, but there are plenty of Zippo hacks available online so I can look passed that. The polished brass is nice but the surface is a scratch magnet. It adds to the uniqueness, but don't be too disappointed.
My first Zippo and I'm disappointed in how fast the fluid evaporates. I haven't used it and the fluid is completely evaporated in less than 1 month. Nothing to do with this specific lighter; it's just the way it is. Maybe I need different fluid that doesn't evaporate as quickly.
It's a brass sheath for a standard Zippo ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ What more could you want? No visible blemishes and minimal wiggling when closed. The hinge can be a little crunchy at first, but I would just recommend playing with it for an hour or two to break it in.
I love Zippo lighters. I had quite a few in my life.This one is also nice. There are just a few things I need to point out.First of all, they get scratched easily, especially my version, glossy brass.Another thing is, pretty often with this kind of lighters - you need to fuel them up very often.Apart fo this, very nice item - love the sound of opening and closing:)
I think the wading is either poor quality or improperly packed. When I fill the lighter, after lifting the bottom pad, it leaks right through after VERY little fluid is put it. It continues to drain in my pocked and the fluid burns my leg. What fluid I do get in the lighter will only work a few hours. Not my first Zippo, I use one daily, just not this one,
Cool lighter, paintings to look super worn in and has a unique more vintage shape. It’s a zippo so of course quality is there. Starts conversations around the cigar table.
Great quality solid and sturdy this brass Zippo can really go the distance. Recommend highly.
