The idea is awesome. Its functionality is perfect however it doesn't fit into the zippo case I have. Lighter USA is perfect themselves. Everything came timely and in perfect condition

I never carried a ZIppo lighter because the lighter fluid irritated my leg. These inserts take Zippo lighters to a new high tech level. Lighter fluid is not required. It lights paper as soon as the dual crossover arcs touch a piece of paper. Charges easy via USB with a blue light indicator to readily show the charging status. Small USB charging cable is included with the lighter insert. These make a great gift. Highly recommended.

I've bought expensive torch lighters for nearly ten years. STD, XI, CAL, you know the brands. I don't expect them to last forever and none of them even come close. They aren't cheap to replace. But this Zippo insert is less than a double sawbuck. It has been very reliable. It lights every time with just one try. Plus I really dig the old meets new vibe.

Nice clean alternative to smelly fluid lighters. Even more windproof than the great fluid Zippo. Had to try several Zippo shells before before I found a good fit. Charge does not last very long [especially with the constant, "Hey, let me try that!"] . It was pretty cool until the novelty wore off. Threw it in with all my other Zippo stuff and went back to BICs. It's now just another thing my kids will sell for 50 at the DAD-GOT-DEAD-FROM-SMOKING sale.
I am a long time Zippo fan. Ive always had at least one in my bag. The longest i had one was 30 years! This arc lighter was my second arc lighter. The first was a competitors model. This insert ( when in a case), works really well. I love the double tap feature, so there's no accidental fireing while in your bag--or pocket. The arc is bright and strong, especially when I compare it with a competitors arc lighter. Being a women with long hair, I apreaciate how there is little danger of ignighting my hair if blown in the way! It really does stay lit in a heavy wind, but the arc will dance around on you..lol. I love mine, I put it into a vintage case I have.. looks great I think! It's also great not having to worry about any flints, or fluid. Charges in a couple of ... MoreI am a long time Zippo fan. I love these rechargeable Zippo inserts. I bought three of these and put them inside ancient Zippo lighters. They refreshed old Zippos from the 80s making them new again!!
Your department is one of the worst department I have ever known. First I will never order or purchase anything from lighter USA ever again. Second my order was wrong I ordered zippo black canister and paid a premium price for it but got white can zippo instead. If I was to tell anybody about lighter USA you are the worst people there is. Never ever again that I will buy anything from lighter USA ever again!!! Please don’t email me or text me ever again and if you do I will have nothing else good to say about lighter USA!!! Please don’t email me or text me over again!!! Again don’t email me or text me over again!!! Again don’t email me or text me over again!!!!!!!!!!!
