I am not sure what this food tastes like. Our cats voted NO! Our Labradors voted YES! But our Labradors snack out of the cat litter if given a chance so I am not sure whether they are a reliable source of advice. This food surprised me as it smelled better in the cat litter than in the bowl! I would hesitate to buy this again.

This cat food still has preservatives (toxic to our fur babies), but is sadly the best I can find- it really is great stuff, she will only eat cat food cans. Our other cat only eats meat and fish, no canned or dried. Why do they put it in????? Crazy, crazy, toxic culture!
Ziwi Peak seems to be my fussy kittens favourite food and this particular one is their top choice. Not a crumb left in their dish. Feeding them is definitely less stressful now. It might be more pricey than other brands, but at least we don’t waste any food anymore.
All good stuff in the ingredients and highly recommended by everyone, smells better than Feline Natural (straight from the can and poop). FN makes my cats pee smells quite strong, so I stick to Ziwipeak provenance beef, however, it's a bit dry for my cat's liking, he will only eat it right after I opened the can, but lost the interest once it's been in the fridge. I tried to microwave it for 10 seconds and it helped for a bit but now he's almost lost all his interest. I have to start looking for a replacement otherwise he's not eating much.
My kitten really loves this Hauraki Plains flavor! He gets so excited when he sees that I'm grabbing the can out.
My Tonkinese loves this flavour. He's never been a fan of paté food, always preferring casserole consistency. But as he has some teeth missing in his age, it works well. He loves the ingredients and that there's no 'fillers'. You can't go wrong with Ziwi Peak.

But with him missing teeth and the amazing flavour, he gobbles it right up. It gives me peace of mind knowing I'm giving him the best I can.
Our cat loves all but one of the different Ziwi Peak canned foods. They are also a great quality food not like supermarket stuff.
