Zodiac Rainbow Cat Scratcher

I bought this product from the seller of MyDeal, seller’s business name is Lucky Pet Supplies. Firstly talk about the product itself, this product is from Zodiac, it’s nice and no need to install, so product from Zodiac has no problem at all. However, it was an really bad experience of shopping from Lucky Pet Supplies through MyDeal. Both business only care about the money but not customers. Lucky Pet has no given nice customer service at all, really bad! No reply or response when you ask for help and they just don’t want to deal with any problems from customers. After they take money from you, it’s all your own business, they won’t care. And MyDeal team actually get response to customers quickly but not helpful, all replies are just ‘official answers’, they just want to close your enquiry as soon as they can even though the problem is not yet solved, and same as Lucky Pet, take your money, and after that it’s your business. The website system from MyDeal is silly, after you click check out, there’s no step by step for you to check your details. It will automatically turn to the page of payment options, and all your contact details are above the payment page, so you will need to scoop up to the top of the page to double check everything is correct or not. Very unfriendly page, and again, this means they only care about your money more than services. There’s no refund/cancel/return button for customers if they accidentally make mistakes. So you will need to be careful if shop via MyDeal. Because if you accidentally make mistakes and want to correct it, it won’t works for you. It has the options for you to amend, but if the sellers not reply to you like Lucky Pet, then you will only can ‘be accepted’ with your ‘mistake choice’. Overall, MyDeal is not a great online platform for you to shop, not helpful and not user friendly, some sellers are very nice though so if you still got something you want to buy via it, please check everything really really carefully before you make payment. Some sellers are extremely disappointed such as Lucky Pet Supplies, won’t recommend at all! Good luck for everyone who shops via MyDeal, and don’t buy from Lucky Pet! You will become unlucky.

ZODIAC Rainbow Cat Scratcher

Awesome cat scratcher as well

This was a surprise, hides from dog and sleeps in it.

Good quality

My cats love it.. Great quality and design.

High quality cat scratcher

Extremely cute and high quality, highly recommend this

Kittens love it!

Had it here when we brought our new kittens home and they’ve loved it from day 1.

My cat likes this

My car is happy with this would be great for kittens to hide inside

Will use once use to it.

This is a pretty scratcher. At first my kitten used the hidey-hole as a mini tunnel toy but now he uses it to claw. It does tip over easily if he tries to scratch it on a angle (he only weighs 2.7kg right now), however, the underside is also made of scratching material so if it does tip overnight he uses the bottom side until I tip it back in the morning, other than that I'm very happy with this purchase. He does love playing in it and it is really pretty.
