I got this kit at a fairly good discount otherwise I would never recommend it. I personally cant see a situation where I would ever use the RAM mount (excellent mount system btw) for the Zoleo but I got the kit cheap enough that I purchased the RAM cellphone holder adapter after the fact, which I've been wanting. I also wanted the cradle and strap insert accessory for fixed placement backpack mounting of the Zoleo itself as opposed to the carabiner which lets it bounce and hang loose with movement and with a decent enough discount this kit covered both my needs.Regarding the actual Zoleo portion of this kit both the Zoleo and mount inserts lock into the cradle so short of an extremely hard blow that manages to break something nothing is going to work lose and just ... MoreI got this kit at a fairly good discount otherwise I would never recommend it. The included fast charger for vehicles should also come in handy and I was happy to see that it includes both USB-A and USB-C outputs so it should work for a myriad of devices.Lastly I just want to mention that the Zoleo website has some very incorrect weights listed for the components of this kit. For the gram counters out there the correct ones are as follows: Cradle empty 26g, Belt Clip Insert 18g, Camera Mount Insert 16g, and Strap Insert 7g.Just to correct the negative review about the RAM mount being "too large", the thread at the end of the included mount configuration is covered so you unscrew it and reveal the standard camera mount thread which works with the Zoleo camera mount insert or anything else that uses that thread like a DSLR or GoPro. They obviously didnt know they were looking at a thread cover. Just wanted to clarify if someone actually wanted to use the mount as pictured.
I will return as the Zoleo camera mount is a much smaller size than the included RAM dash mount.
This kit has everything you need for vehicle mounting including a detachable cradle. Great value & quality.
