I like the design but find it too small for a rat. I wish it was bigger, because the theory is pretty cool. It's well made and easy to carry outside to hose out

Great cage with tons of functionality at a very competitive price. Super fast shipping by Petmax and they had all of the supplies i was looking for. I would definitely recommend ordering from them if you are on the fence at all.

The cage is well designed in how it comes together. Only downside is the whole cage must be taken apart for cleaning when it comes time.Petmax is a highly recommended seller with great service! Will be buying from Petmax again!
It's great 3 levels , lots of room , hamsters paradise they will luv it mine does very satisfied
I recieved the first one broken. Wrote to petmax the second one came quickly also broken. I just got tired of dealing with it. Did they send broken ones or did they get damaged in shipping. My daughter was so disappointed we ended up shopping locally. I wasted the money and ended up with a disappointed kid :(
This mouse house looks good, but if a child is cleaning it out, it is very difficult to put back together. Also the mice kick out their bedding through the sides, so the area get messy. Am now looking for a new mouse house, as this one is just too much mess and work.
The transparent plastic crack easily. The plastic have cracked in to 2 piece after 6 months and the clips also have broken. Cage dont last long although the mices seem happy to be in a big enclosure, can go up and down this cage. Running wheel is a bit small, so placed with a large saucer type in the middle level, and feeding usually at the top.
The cage looks good but it is very flimsy. One side panel has already snapped in half and three clips have broken after only two weeks. For the cost I would have expected it to be of better quality. It is tricky to pull apart to clean and put back together, it takes a lot of time. Also the assembly instructions were one page and difficult to follow, I ended up finding a YouTube video to help. I would choose another brand next time.
I liked the look of this cage my 2 mice Jazz and Amara loved it the wheel broke and cracks started to show in plastic of cage but was still a suitable cage my daugter said the cage was hard to put together when cleaning
