I was concerned about buying a mailbox online but there wasn't anything I wanted, available locally. My concern was thickness of metal, durability of finish and transport without damage. Being concreted in, it needs to last a very long time. I bought the Zurich Large for our 1.8m rendered block wall.They simply couldn't have done better. Very attractive, sturdy, arrived in about 3 days, and completely encased in a rigid foam. In perfect condition.Buy with confidence.I'll post a pic as soon as it's all rendered and gates are up for full effect.Karen and Ram

This post/parcel box is absalutly fantastic, it has made a great diffrence to how we receve parcels and letters. Everything goe's in the Milkcan now, unless it's too big, then we have to pick it up from the post-office. But 90 percent of our mail and parcels now get left in our Milkcan post/parcel box that is mounted in our front fence. I would recommend these to anyone that has lots of parcels delived.

Happy with the letterbox.. but.. item arrived different to the pictures on the website. The handle had a stencil cutout with "parcels" written on it. Which was slightly annoying because I bought the vinyl "parcels" sticker which is now redundant and imo the vinyl would have looked slightly better.Also it took 5 days for them to send so the "average 24hr dispatch" might be a bit optimistic.I agree with the other reviewer who recommended they add flashing on the back side. I feel like I did a pretty good job creating the right sized hole but it is difficult to cut perfectly.

These are beautiful mailboxes that clearly take advantage of the Insta market. Mine equally looks great and totally social media worthy.However, I found that cheaper models are more sturdy and most notably, coke with a sleeve / cover plate that slides over the back of the box and hides the cutouts.Because MilkCan doesn’t have this, you are left with cut edges and or silicone and filler. There’s a good reason most pictures show the glorious fronts, rather than the “just okay” backs.Overall, good looking and eye catching. Negatives, postage, and lack of a cover plate to finish the project off nicely without silicone.
Amazing quality and well packed. Looks stunning in my picket fence and has worked a treat since going in. No more unnecessary trips to PO. Not sure if you can choose right or left hinged access door - if you can then think about what works best for your location. The top attachment of the face plate to the fence box is ingenious- but user error saw me try to tighten it too hard and I broke the bolt on one side. Nothing some metal glue could not easily fix but more care would have saved me the hassle. This is a warning not a complaint. Also note the metal address plate I bought did not have self adhesive as I had assumed, but the same metal glue sorted that out. Really functional well made and timely delivery.

We had it delivered straight to the manufacturers of our fence, who custom built the fence around it. The delivery was inside a week and well packaged. We couldn't be more delighted in the finished product! Zurich looks so good and our Postie and couriers love the ease of use for both mail and parcels. It's lockable rear opening means parcels are secure and we don't even have to go out the gate to unlock the mail box to get the mail. We live in Queensland and Zurich's clever weatherproof design means no more wet mail or parcels! This has been a great buy and is an asset that has added value to our home. Happy with this box for our 1.2m aluminium picket fence (almost ordered another style but luckily realised it would have been too large). Hubby installed himself with highly skilled TA (myself lol). Large size but doesn't look too big once installed. Fence is pearl white and the colour match was good. Recommend! Just wasn't stoked on the postage price to FNQ.

The Parcel Box looks magnificent in our new colorbond fencing and we are extremely happy with our choice. I installed 4 of these for our body corporate. Our neighbours had letterbox envy and pleaded to have their three letterboxes replaced also. The postie again said they were the best letterboxes in the suburb, and he would know. So letterbox envy assuaged and we now have seven Zurich boxes at our front gate.
