We bought a Zurich letter / parcel box with personalised street number and name and couldn’t be happier with it! Ease of ordering combined with speedy delivery made our purchasing experience seamless. The letter box is really well made, very sturdy and aesthetically appealing. And although it ticked all the boxes regarding security of our Mail and parcels, we were a little concerned about how such a modern-looking letter box would look when placed within our ‘farm-type’ fence. However, we needn’t have worried because it looks fantastic! Couldn’t be happier!

Happy with the letterbox.. but.. item arrived different to the pictures on the website. The handle had a stencil cutout with "parcels" written on it. Which was slightly annoying because I bought the vinyl "parcels" sticker which is now redundant and imo the vinyl would have looked slightly better.Also it took 5 days for them to send so the "average 24hr dispatch" might be a bit optimistic.I agree with the other reviewer who recommended they add flashing on the back side. I feel like I did a pretty good job creating the right sized hole but it is difficult to cut perfectly.

We purchased the Milkcan Outdoor Zurich Parcel + Mail box for our new build to go into the picket fence. Delivery was super quick. It is the perfect size, great quality and easy to install. We had a parcel left in it within the first few days. So much easier than having to go collect from the post office. Love it.

I found Milkcan on Instragm. What an absolute treat to come across. We were installing a brand new aluminium picket fence and needed a slick parcel and mail box. I ordered and our product arrived 5 days later (to WA). The fencing company worked easily to make space and install our new letterbox. I absolutely love that I don’t have to go to the post office to pick up parcels ! I’m saving time and stress. I also receive lots of compliments about my letterbox from neighbours and friends!
Hi GuysThis has been fantastic right from ordering to acquiring the Parcel Box. Installation can be a bit tricky if you dont have that kind of skill base.May I suggest to include some type of flashing for the inside of the fence to cover the gap between the Box and the pailings. I made my own, will send photos if you are interesed. over all an excellent product.

Good quality parcel & mailbox. Love the magnetic catch system which keeps the parcel door closed, and the squishy mat to soften parcel drops is also a nice touch.How could it improve? Wish they offered it in larger sizes, and also wish the rear door hinge/lock mechanism was a bit more solid. Sometimes after you've checked the parcel drop and closed the door it won't lock - you need to re-open and then close again to lock it.Other than that, no issues - very happy with it.
