I'm a novice cook and just got a big upgrade to this knife. The bolster is very ergonomic, and the knife cuts very well. Food does unfortunately seem to stick to the sides regardless of the hollowed out bits.

I'm a novice cook and just got a big upgrade to this knife. The bolster is very ergonomic, and the knife cuts very well. Food does unfortunately seem to stick to the sides regardless of the hollowed out bits.
