My Zwilling pan has been used most days to make a soup. It is wonderful with two good sized handles that stay cool over my gas hob ( used now for several weeks). Nothing sticks and it will gently simmer over a small gas flame (or any other type of hob) and cooks the vegetables very quickly. It has a lip around the rim which makes pouring the soup easy ( I always ladle out the first bowl or two). Quite expensive but worth the cost for a very stylish pan. I would recommend for anyone who needs a stockpot that will cook six generous portions of soup. It is very easy to wash clean after use.

This kettle is the safest electric kettle, even it’s body is real cool to touch when water boils. It’s safe for children or elderly.Water boils quickly about 2 to 4 minutes depending on how much you fill.There is NO plastic parts that touch water, the removable filter is stainless steel.

Strong and large / good for large family/ large gatherings
After much research, I bought four other Zwilling pans of various sizes to use on our induction hob. Not only do they look great, but they heat up well and I particularly like the see-through (glass?) lids, which allow you to see how things are cooking. This stockpot was returned only because it's exactly the same size as something I've owned for over 30 years and I couldn't justify keeping it. The range is expensive, but a good investment, as the others pans I've kept are superb quality.
Very dissapointed with this stock pot, It's been literally 3 weeks and already started to rust. Bought this pot to boil water. I thought this was made from 18/10 stainless steel? If so apparently Stainless steel means something else in the Chinese Zwilling factories than the German /Vietnam ones. None of my previous zwilling pots have rusted like this. when used in the same manner. The lid is especially nasty and though i keep cleaning and cleaning the lid it is still dirty and stains the sides of the steel when i boil the water. There are currently 2 spots of rust on the inside, and 1 spot of rust on the outside.
