This is a very large spinner - great for big gatherings. Disappointed in the brand that the sticker on the bottom doesn't peel off easily - it's just on 10cm in circumference and needed soaking plus eucalyptus oil to remove. A tad expensive but I trust Zyliss products.

The basket, I discovered, was ever so slightly 'out of round', meaning one small section of the basket was up against another item which depressed it, in a small way.When reassembling the spinner I discovered the basket was not perfectly round. Happy with the product, but not quite as robust as the previous version. The gears slip when pulling the cord, unless you pull slowly. If you build up the speed slowly, you can spin the drum at a useable speed.I like the non-slip base, and the size of the drum.

Since I had broken my previous Zyliss salad spinner I wanted to replace it with the same brand. My previous spinner was good but they made improvements on this one making it the best spinner I have come across! It is bigger than my other one and has the same ease to operate. The bonus part is that Best Buy was selling it cheaper than any other place I looked!
All parts are easy to wash. the lid on my other spinner did not come apart and I always worried about it not being clean. It's just the right weight. Easy to use and bpa free

As a bachelor, I am always looking for the easy way out when it comes to preparing food. For a long time I have cursed the other ways of trying to dry washed lettuce leaves etc. so that I am not eating wet salad. I now have that sorted so well. I am totally impressed by my new Zyliss Salad Spinner. It's performance is beyond expectations and the quality of the device is first class. The plastics used are extremely high quality and rinse clean so easily. The mechanism operates smoothly and reliably. I'm sure that I will be using it with great pleasure for a long time to come.
The salad spinner that operates with a pulled string is superior to the models that operate with a hand push, but the older Zyliss model seems to work better than this one. Part of the problem is the colored plastic insert that rests under the cover. Still, it beats the hand push any day.
I love this product. It is the perfect size for 1/2 lettuce and fits perfectly in my caravan fridge. My daughter could not believe it when she saw it saying she had been wanting a spinner that size for ages. Needless to say I purchased one for her.
Our café recently purchased the Zyliss Salad Spinner. When it arrived the lid was jammed on one side making it difficult to remove the lid. I contacted Everten, sent them photos and Michelle agreed to replace the salad spinner.In the meantime, we were able to prise the lid off. We have tried different spinners over the past 6 years, but this is the best. Many thanks to Everten for their great after sale service - it was outstanding!
