Starting off, the camera is plug and play and simple to use. If you are someone like me that has mostly logitech products. Then you use Logitech G-Hub. While G-Hub is great, it does not offer many options or functions. Then there is Logitech Capture, which really wakes this webcam up and offer many functions. The streaming capability is impressive for a small price tag. Overall this is a great webcam for both beginners and professionals.

Oh, I almost forgot: It's got a very wide angle lens, which is something important to consider! I specifically wanted a wide-angle lens at the time, and this webcam certainly delivered on that front. This is also a completely "plug-and-play" webcam, so there's no extra software that you need to install before using; just plug it in and get going. For the price, this is a decent starter webcam; but you'll almost certainly want to upgrade to something with a much clearer picture and truer colors later on. Still, I do recommend this webcam, especially to those on a budget.

Excellent!

This is the third camera I have tried. The integrated Dell, which isn't bad, just adequate. A Casecube, which is pretty good, but has some distortion when close to camera, due to it's wide angle, and then for a few dollars more the C922 Pro. NO contest! Low lighting could be better, but other than that... super quick and clear auto focus, excellent detail and good sound. The tripod is a quality product too. Again, no contest when comparing products. Worth every dollar and more, since one can spend more, and get much less. I highly recommend it.

Great video quality

I brought this external camera when my laptop could not find my internal camera. Read the reviews on both the Logitech 920 & 922. Opted for the 922 because of the additional features and that it came with a mini stand. Picture/video quality was great. Easy to install using the plug and play format. I was up an running in lest than 15 minutes. Item was on sale also which helped push me to purchase.

Super easy to set up. I plugged it in, and it worked immediately with Microsoft Teams under both Windows and Linux. There aren't any drivers to install, so Logitech's Capture software can be skipped unless you just need some of its features although most of these can be found elsewhere. It also works right out of the box with OBS Studio and XSplit VCam for more complex setups.As far as performance is concerned, I didn't have any issues. The built in microphone works well. It records 720p and 1080p at 30 fps (I didn't see anywhere that 60 fps was an option though), and the video quality is decent. Autofocus isn't as fast as I would like, but it's not awful. However, don't buy this expecting hardware background removal. It doesn't appear that the camera supports it directly (unlike similar models), so if you want that feature, you'll need software that does it for you or a green screen for chromakey.Overall, I think it's perfect for video conferencing for working from home or anything related to online classes. If you're teaching or doing presentations, the video quality seems good enough that it can be used like an overhead projector to record handwritten or printed material as well. It would probably make a good basic streaming/YouTube cam, too, as long as you take its limitations into account.

I'd like to start this review by saying, it seems to work and be functional for a few friends, but since it's me, it just doesn't work for whatever reason.A close friend of mine is a professional YouTuber/Twitch Streamer and she uses this webcam and this is what she recommended for me to try. I talked to another friend who also has used this for her Zoom teaching classes. So, I guess they just have better luck than me.But for whatever reason, I cannot get this to function at all. Image processing with Logitech C922pro

I have purchased this camera to stream real-time video through machine learning algorithm, the camera has best result ever and the fps are awesome. But there is a little bit trouble occurring with us that when we run our ML model on online gpu the processing gets faster but when I run ML model on my CPU the detection gets very slow like when the camera is detecting real-time video the processing gets very slow. Kindly suggest me do I need to attach a graphics card with my PC to detect real-time data with camera without lagging and delay. If yes so suggest me which graphics card is best suitable for image processing with Logitech C922pro

Not compatable with M1 Macs

If you bought a new mac in the last few years, it's best to avoid all Logitech products. Logitech software simply doesn't work, which means you'll have basically no controls (you have to do a bunch of workarounds with support to even get it installed -- and once installed, it won't detect your devices). A simple Google search would have prevented me from making this mistake -- since there are support forums here on Logitech's website, Apple's website, reddit and more with people upset about this issue.It is a great device, however, if you have Linux, Windows, or Chrome OS... so 2 stars for that I guess.

Very frustrating webcam. Why is there no human tech support? All I can get to is a support bot

I use various streaming platforms (Zoom, Streamyard, LinkedIn Live, Facebook Live) My C922 never controls NEVER work. I have tried the G Hub, Logi tune, and Logi Capture. None of these allow me to use zoom or pan controls on my C922. How do I get this thing working? The issues with this camera are not encouraging me to use Logitech cameras for my business.
