for new makeup users. The eyeshadow is slightly thicker than powder and glides on smooth. It does not feel like you have a thick eyeshadow on. It washes off easily with soap
and water or makeup remover. The only thing I have an issue with is that the applicators do not last at all. Within a few uses they fall apart. This particular palette with the
light grey colors is extremely light. You need to out a little extra on to really see the shades. The other palettes work great. I have 3 different ones and use them regularly.

I so wish I could give this a higher rating. And it is very possible for everyone else this shadow would be a fine option. There were many positives to it. Color wise, blending and wear were actually excellent. But I had some sort of weird reaction to it and the next day had almost an eczema type patch on my eyelids. Dry and sort of scaly. Thankfully they were only slightly itchy and healed in about a week. No eyeshadow until it did though and definitely But no more eyeshadow from Revlon! All other eye makeup from them I do very well with and I adore their mascara. Just not this unfortunately :-(

The formula of this product is great, it wears a long time without any creasing, whether layered with a powdered shadow or alone. The shade is dynamic and can be layered for more pigmentation. I have it in praline and the it is a nice champagne pink with silver glitter. One layer and it looks metallic, a few and the silver glitter really pops. Most brands have a similar shade in a cream shadow, but this is the best formula I have tried so far. I was also pleasantly surprised by the brush in the lid- it's a synthetic brush that works to apply this product really well. Using the brush is also nice since fingernails won't get in the way. I can't think of a single negative thing about this product!

So much glitter! I purchased this online as it was not avilable at my store. It looked like three taupe mattes or satins online with one sparkle. Truth in advertising, I was stunned when it arrived! (the quad name is Stunning). This would be perfect for NYE -- three of the colors are high glitter which I tried to show if you enlarge the photo. The top right looks like all glitter without any actual shadow in the pan. The only "day" in this Day to Night is the brown which is full matte. I thought I'd been sent the wrong set but this may be a good fit for you if you want lots of gold (not taupe) sparkles.

I'm actually disappointed in Revlon's release of these quads. Visually they look very sleek and promising. First of all Decadent has NO MATTES ! The shimmers are more satiny then shimmery and the deep brown DOESN'T BLEND and ISN'T MATTE. Moonlit another one I had high hopes for lacks in pigmentation and again has NO MATTES. Addictive another one I had high hopes for the shimmer lacks but the mattes are good quality ! I feel that Revlon could definitely do an improvement on pigmentation and add more mattes to Decadent & Moonlit. If they ever decide to reformulate again and make proper adjustements I'd be totally down to give them another go. I do think Revlon is a very top notch drugstore brand overall and hopefully they can improve on their quality in eyeshadows.

The shades I used are suitable for a natural or nude look which can be adapted to either day or night. The colours were nice and subtle.The powders went on smoothly and individually they show up really well. I did find that layering the lighter colours didn’t work that well for me. And the darker shades seemed to fade throughout the day, especially when it’s been hot. However I am able to achieve a nice daytime look.I didn’t notice any creasing but also it didn’t last for 16 hours.The eyeshadow comes off easily with makeup remover or micellar water.Unfortunately Revlon is not a fully cruelty-free brand so I can’t recommend it and would not purchase this item myself in future.
