Good camera, form factor is much smaller than I thought. Just works with Unifi Protect. AI features are good. Wider angle horizontally than I expected.

I picked up this camera to point outside through a window from inside. I've tried a few other cameras before (Waze and Tapo, among others) but none of them checked all the boxes for me. I initially was looking for cameras that would record to my Synology NAS, but of the ones that would record natively to my NAS, none of them has the quality I was looking for.Since I have recently replaced my router and switch with Ubiquiti gear, I decided to give the Ubiquiti camera a shot. I've been pleasantly surprised by how much I like these cameras. First, the setup was a breeze. The app on iOS (iPhone and iPad) are excellent. To get the camera to show a good picture through the window at night, I had to disable the LED for the night vision because it cause a glare off the Window. I'm pretty sure I would get better night vision if I didn't have it going through the window, but for my situation, I can't have the camera outside, so this was the best option available.Bottom line, if I need another camera, I'll be looking at this one or one of Ubuiquiti's other cameras first.

The video quality of the Ubiquiti G5 non-Pro cameras is really good. I have a couple of their 4K cameras, which cost 2-3 times as much, and the quality isn't worth the extra cost. If you NEED the extra resolution (to make out license plates, for example), then yeah, get the Pro/4K models. But when it comes to value, the G5 Flex can't be beat.

I recently experimented with a bunch of different interior cameras - arlo, wyze, reo, etc. But I keep coming back to the Unifi cameras as they just work. No fiddling needed, no worries they won't record when they are supposed to, no worries that my surveillance footage gets compromised from the cloud.
Setup in seconds just plug in and adopt. The quality and image notification are so much better than the ring system I replaced this with. The Night vision is so good.Make sure your ethernet cable you connect with doesn't have boots (strain cable protector) on. If you use the bottom bracket.
if you love unifi you will love this.Camera is smaller than i was expecting. Image is a step above the cheap cameras i have played with
Product speaks for it selfTech geek online store is great for new release products from unifi
Impressive image quality and in such a small form!Perfect camera for internal, on a desk, or in my Garage ceiling mounted.
This is a great camera for $129.00 and only consumes 3 watts of power. The picture quality is great and nighttime IR quality is very good (I'm using it indoors). All in all, easy to setup and use. Very happy with it so far!
