Allows for quick transitions
I play outdoor basketball regularly and usually wear any new game shoe around for a day to break them in before utilizing. This was the perfect amount of time for these shoes and were very comfortable wearing starting in game 1. These shoes are lightweight allowing for quick pivots and transitions, yet cushy enough to reduce impact upon landing after snagging a rebound.Should note that the length is good on these, but they are slightly narrow. I’m typically a 9.5 or 10 in women’s, but definitely need a 10 in these for width. I don’t need ankle support, so the height works well for me. Absolutely LOVE the color!! So pink and so vibrant!!... A lot of style, a little less substance
I LOVE the bright pink of the Nike Air Zooms! It's so fun and happy. I thought the light pink laces were a fun touch, but it does kind of make the white behind it look a little dull and grayish. I don't like the top mesh section. The shoes were packed with crumpled brown paper and I thought I was looking through the top to the crumpled brown paper. It just looks like there's something underneath the mesh that isn't supposed to be there (shown in picture). There's a lot going on design-wise in these shoes: mesh, plastic, rubber, different textures, different shades, etc. I you like a quieter statement regarding your footwear, I'd look elsewhere. The comfort level was okay. There didn't seem to be a lot of cushion or arch support, so I wouldn't count on these shoes ... MoreI LOVE the bright pink of the Nike Air Zooms! It's so fun and happy. There didn't seem to be a lot of cushion or arch support, so I wouldn't count on these shoes for lengthy, high-impact activities. They weren't uncomfortable, I just didn't feel like they went above and beyond to provide support. Personally, I didn't like how the bottom of the shoe kind of drops away as your toe hits the ground. It was initially a little jarring and took a while to get used to.I love the fun nature of these shoes, but I wish the comfort level would have been higher, especially for such a sports-heavy brand.... Comfort meets functionality
I’ve been in the market for a new pair of basketball sneakers and the Nike Air Zoom GT Cut 2 didn’t disappoint. I’ve played competitive basket through college and more recently play in a req league. For context, I use these shoes about twice a week, playing on an indoor court and to take casual walks. The sneakers fit a tad snug at first (I typically wear a women’s 9.5 with narrower feet, but size up to a 10 for all my sneakers/gym shoes). However, after the first wear I felt that the fabric allowed for a little give which was great. The shoes do need a little breaking in but after three or four wears they felt fine. There wasn’t any blistering, which I have experienced with most other sneakers. The fabric was breathable and the construction of the shoe was airy ... There wasn’t any blistering, which I have experienced with most other sneakers. The fabric was breathable and the construction of the shoe was airy and lightweight. The cushioning in the midsole was the right amount, I typically like a stiffer shoe for basketball but was pleasantly surprised with the comfort of this cushioning.I think my favorite feature would be the traction. I felt like I could move around the court quickly and change direction easily without slipping or sliding. I would also note that I typically only wear my basketball shoes on the court, to play in. But these felt comfortable enough that I’ve also started wearing them on causal walks. If I could change something about the shoe I would have preferred a high-top sneaker instead of the low-top. I prefer a bit more ankle support personally, but can see the appeal of a low-top sneaker. The only other complaint I have is that the shade of pink is a bit too bright for me. The shoes are made up of several colors of pink, with light and dark tones. I would have preferred a slightly muted pink and didn’t realize how bright these were until I received them. But their functionality far outweighs the aesthetics.Overall, I think this is a great shoe and would recommend them to anyone who plays basketball or wants to use them for causal walking/jogging shoe.... FALLING APART AFTER ONE WEEK
Purchased these for my ten year old, less than ONE week ago. They were worn for two indoor training sessions and ONE indoor rec ball game. They have never been worn outside and they have never been worn for longer than one hour at a time (worn for less than 3 hours total)! Child is only 10 years old and put barely any wear on shoes.Absolutely shocked how quickly they fell apart. They were purchased for full price & this is completely unacceptable.... Show more

Not just for basetball
When I opened up the box, I was blown away by how vibrant the pink color was. The design is sleek and aesthetically pleasing. I don't generally wear pink shoes, but the shade of pink was delightful and the white is a nice contrast. When lacing them up, my foot immediately felt supported and cushioned. These have more support than any sneaker I have worn and felt perfect on my arches. The 9.5 fit like a glove, which is the normal size that I wear. They put more bounce in my step and I felt as though I was walking on air the more I got moving. I didn't get to play basketball yet, but I wore these to my fitness boxing/weight training class and they hit the mark. I was able to jump higher than usual and felt light as a feather. My feet did not feel tired at all and hardly sweat. The fabric is of quality and they have held up on quite a few heavy workouts already. I would recommend these sneakers for athletes of all types. The traction is amazing and I did not slip walking or moving quickly on all different types of surfaces. If you're looking for a sneaker that is functional, supportive, trendy and comfortable, I would highly recommend these.... Show more

Quality Shoe and Design
Out of the box, the feel and design of this shoe is impressive! I loved the details and quality materials used in this shoe. The fit is pretty snug for my foot around the toes and will take some breaking in. My foot expanded the laces/tongue area more then I would like. The fabric may loosen up with time, however I'd still recommend going a half size up for added room. I do not have an overly wide foot but this shoe is a more narrow fit. The removable Nike react insole was extremely sturdy and offered great cushion and support. I like the design and durability of the "smear traction" sectioned bottom and was happy with the feel making quick cuts on the court. Overall this is a high quality choice for the right foot!... Solid ankle support
The Nike Air Zoom Cut 2.0 sneakers feel amazing as soon as you lace them up! The extra cushion in the ankle area is wonderful as my ankles were stabilized during my workouts. And, the heels are really firm adding extra support during longer workouts. The fit in the toe box area is a little tight, and you may want to size up a half-size if your feet are on the wider end of the spectrum. I have issues with my arches and these shoes really alleviated that issue. I usually opt for neutral colors with sneakers for versatility, but this color and design works well with several gym outfits. These are a mid-top sneaker with a durable fabric, which is unique; the design combined with the super bright color make these sneakers my first choice when leaving the house for the gym. Another highlight to note is the fabric because it is built to withstand the elements and I really enjoy and utilize these sneakers for outdoor activities as well. I am really hard on sneakers and I constantly replace them throughout the year due to wear and tear. But, the support and durability of the fabric give me high hopes that I may get more time than usual with these sneakers.I honestly cannot list all of the positives for the Nike Air Zoom! From the extra cushioning and support along with the unique design, these shoes are a must have for anyone who needs and wants functionality and style for workouts and gym time.... Show more

So tight around my feet they fell asleep
I so wanted to love these shoes because they are so bright, flashy, and fun! I like the look of the design with the wide lace up tongue area, the V-shaped mesh above the toes, and the zig zag grip on the outsole. The fabric is durable and cushy yet breathable. Unfortunately, these were the only things I liked about these shoes, they would be great for display and that’s about it.I have pretty average feet, not wide, not narrow, no high arches. I have worn athletic shoes just about every day of my life and am very used to wearing them in and how they should perform. I sized up half a size from my typical shoe size which I sometimes do for athletic/running shoes because I have a history of hurting my toes if they touch the end at all. Well, length was fine, but these were so tight around my foot that both my feet fell asleep within 10 minutes and didn’t “wake up” for about 10 minutes after taking off the shoes. I tried loosening up the laces but same problem. Unfortunately, I could never keep them on long enough to even break them in for a workout of any kind because of this problem. Despite this snug fit, they slightly slipped on my heels. Overall, these look amazing but were uncomfortable and unwearable.... Show more

W NIKE AIR ZOOM G.T. CUT 2.0
These Nike Air Zooms are definitely eye-catching! I got so many compliments on the style and super fun bright hot pink color. I wore these cool shoes everywhere I went...walking, shopping, work, biking, playing pickleball. They really held up nicely in support and cushy-ness. I really like the feel of the insole and support I felt on my arch. The fit was a tiny bit too big with a little extra room in the toe box. The design is spot-on! They just make me smile! There is not much I would change other than getting the size and especially the toe box area narrowed up a bit.Thank you for allowing me to review these.... Show more
