I purchased the Canopia Palram balance greenhouse 10x20. It was completed on Sept 20, 2023. The first thunderstorm on Oct 4th destroyed it. This green house will not last. I only had it for a week and now we have to throw it away. Instead of offering to refund my money they want to send me parts. Lol every part needs to be replaced. I would never recommend this greenhouse to anyone.

Being lazy, I didn't want a high-maintenance greenhouse. Luckily, this one is straightforward and has required little effort. I'm content with my choice.

Being lazy, I didn't want a high-maintenance greenhouse. Luckily, this one is straightforward and has required little effort. I'm content with my choice.
I'm also pleased that the panels are UV protected; I haven't noticed any yellowing. The natural light transmission is impressive, thanks to the panels. The built-in gutters have proven to be quite handy for rainwater collection. Assembly wasn't a big hassle either.
I always keep my spaces clean, and this greenhouse has been effortless to maintain. No rust or issues so far, which is great for my peace of mind.
So far, I am cautiously optimistic. It was a bit of work to put together and takes two people. I would prefer thicker panels, but the price was pretty good, so I will see how it holds up over time. I like that it was designed with reinforcement pieces.
Unboxing was like opening a carefully packed gift; every item was in its place. Assembly, however, was a roller coaster. I was stuck on step 5 for what felt like an eternity. A quick call to Rachel from customer service got me back on track.
We purchased our greenhouse last fall. In October, a storm destroyed the greenhouse, and we ordered replacement parts. In March, a full five months later, the final shipment of replacement parts arrived. We assembled the replacement greenhouse this last week in a level area and anchored it to concrete pavers. Again, a storm came through and the entire greenhouse is destroyed. I regret purchasing this greenhouse kit. The quality of materials is poor and I would not recommend this product.

I along with one friend am building this, and it's been a fairly easy process with just 2 people. Given the size (10x16), I don't see how it could be assembled by only one person. Hardware is high quality (not cheap screws, etc), which always speaks volumes to me. Initially, it was floppy/unstable (we started building on a very windy day), and I admit I was anxious. As the bracing went up, this structure became very sturdy, even though the wind continued, it was no longer flopping in the breeze. The instructions are mostly fantastic...tons of detailed pictures, so really pay attention to all images and steps for each page along the way. I did already have massive raised planter on the concrete slab where this is being constructed, and building around those has been a challenge, but that's an issue I created. I love how my greenhouse is coming along and can't wait to grow beyond growing season!
The instructions are horrible. There are only pictures that don't explain how things go together. The Polycarbonate is flimsy, there seems to be pieces missing. I have a building contractor putting this together and he said it would be easier to build one from scratch. Do not buy this kit.
