Works great. Plug and play on my MikroTik Router. - Gets a tad warm, so I have mounted heat-sinks to them to mitigate some of the heat.

This transceiver has worked right off the bat in every device I've used it in. It reports full health data (some don't) and performs well. You might be able to find cheaper or faster shipped, but don't do that to yourself.
