I had a good experience with previous purchase but this product is the worst.Worse than cheap kmart mixer.Doesn't mix properly, can mix just center.It was sent in the storage. Waste of money

Basic Bench Mixer Does the Job

Good online shopping and shipping experience. I have only used it to make bread dough mix. It is not as sturdy as expensive brand but does the job. The structure is made of plastic and it flexes when mixing 500+g of bread dough. You may need to keep an eye when it is operating to avoid it creeping away from the desk. It does have the small silicon suction cups on the base to help with adhering to smooth bench top.

Good but not great

I bought this specifically to knead dough for pizza base. It can do it but it struggles. It doesn't have a lot of torque. For everything else is can be ok. The plastic body feels weak so care has to be taken.It is very easy to use.

Good mixer

Good mixer although it doesn’t touch the bottom of the bowl.Got limited delivery updates but only took a week to post to urban area.No damage to product or extras and good performance.

Good, but

Yes, it is good but the bowl is too big for making things like pavlova. I bought it specifically for making pavlova even though it had a stainless steel bowl which is not as good as glass for egg whites, but because the bowl is so huge it affects mixing the meringue and retaining air in the mixture.The high khz is very good.

Great low cost option

Great value for money. Comes with pretty much all attachments you might need, easy to operate. Great lost cost alternative for some of the higher ends brands, but works just as well. Would absolutely recommend

Online shopping does occasionally have its drawbacks. When this mixer arrived, I couldn't believe how tiny the attachments were! A bonus of its toy like features is that the whole unit is very light weight and easy to get in and out of the cupboard. It does the job of mixing a standard packet cake mix. Using the dough hook, the machine struggles after a few minutes. You do get what you pay for. If you only want to mix some basic cake mixes and batter, it'll work like a charm. Just don't expect too much from from the little jigger. There's a reason its a third of the price of a basic Kenwood Chef.

Arrived with a superficial crack in the clear lid part, with care this shouldn't prove a problem, but still losing a star for this.Otherwise this is a good little machine.Mixes well: this machine will mix ingredients evenly, though you will need to scrape the sides down once to incorporate all the dry ingredients if mixing a thin batter. Results in a slightly firmer batter than if hand mixing.Kneading dough: this machine can handle a single loafs worth of dough at a time, which is perfect for me. This is fine as it gives me the opportunity to check how close my dough is to being done and let it work its magic as it rests.I find 5 mins on, 5 mins off best. I wish it had a timer.The bowl and attachments are all easy to put on and off once you know how, though there is a bit of a knack to it. The parts are all very easy to wash and quick to dry.All in all, this is a great little mixer.

Worst mix master ever

I bought this two months ago, worst nix master used ever. For the first one the attachment port came off. Again bought this one thought it might work as that malfunctioning was a one off thing. Second time even worst experience as the arm of the blender opens up when blender is on.
