Box ordered online. Went to pick it up from a shop - had to wait almost 15 minutes to get it - way too long. On inspecting the box at home it turned out the box was damaged (corner piece broken off and wall cracked). Overall - not a very good experience.

Bottom is a bit thinner and flimsier than I expected, particularly given the size of the box! Rest of it lives up to the standards I'm used to with the really useful brand. I'm using this as a temporary cage for my gerbils while I travel home for the holidays, as it's larger than their minimum space requirements. We'll see how that works out for me!

Great size, absolutely enormous. I made a mistake as by the time I'd filled it, I couldn't move it but I've kept them for lighter items.Usual Really Useful good quality storage.

It took 4 phone calls to various Agents, before customer success with delivery of missing boxes.Agent's had no knowledge of why or where or how the delivery had gone wrong and were unable to explain or give any useful information to resolve. Instead the Agent informed the customer, that the driver said he was unable to find customer address. Know this is a poor excuse, having already made several deliveries previously, but it seems there is no driver accountability when a job is not done.The Agent's solution given was to reschedule another delivery and make the customer wait an extra 3 days for the same delivery. I insisted on investigation with driver, obtained a reference number, but never received any feedback on this, despite asking.In further call follow-up, Agent rescheduled another delivery. I insisted it be ugent for next day delivery as only at home then, to receive delivery. This delivery of these 4 boxes worked out, no damage, also a pleasant customer experience.Thereafter an additional phone follow-up to enquire why the driver collection of the 10 damaged boxes and return goods slips had not occured. Agent informed me that a separate request was required and arranged for this. I wrongly assumed collections would be at the same time of other replacement box deliveries.After waiting 3 days for collection, it did not happen. In phone follow-up another rescheduled collection was arranged. I insisted it be urgent for next day. This happened, again a nice customer experience.Overall, I was extremely relieved the whole delivery nightmare matter was finally sorted and finished.Was able to continue my garage project, swopping out cardboard box contents into plastic boxes, to prevent further content damp and spoilage.Admit I would think twice before ordering from Asda George again, after this last delivery experience, would hate to go through it again.Suggest Asda George improves their product packaging and delivery supply chain processes and operations, to become more efficient and save money by grouping same customer deliveries together, rather than many unnecessary driver deliveries and costs.Trust this customer review is constructive, helpful and useful for future improvements towards better customer and support experiences.Thankful to Asda's for your varied products at reaonable prices and customer services during a challenging but great growth Covid time.

Huge! Was surprised that this box was so big! Own fault need new glasses. Box is amazing. Able to place so much loose stuff in this box then put lid on to tidy up. Lid is a bit fragile. Need to handle it with care and be careful not to drop it.
After much pressure from my daughter, we purchased this box to make a hamster bin cage. It worked pretty well. Box is huge (way bigger than the large hamster cage we had bought originally) and solid. Lid took a bit of cutting, using a Stanley knife but we got there eventually.If you are buying this for more normal purposes, it is very big and sturdy and pretty good value at Asda.
I bought this container to use as a base for the bin cage for my new Syrian hamster pup I’ll be getting soon. I’ve got to say this container is very big and sturdy and with some basic DIY it’s ideal for making a bin cage. The sides are flat so you don’t lose out on floor space and it has plenty of depth so you can fill it up with as much bedding as you want. The lid also clamps down very easily and securely so you don’t have to worry about the little critter escaping. Only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is it could be slightly bigger, as it is it has approx 600 square inches of floor space which is just about minimum for a hamster and it could be slightly cheaper.
The two storage boxes had been packed in bigger cardboard boxes ! Does a storage box need to be in a box?... No. A waist of packaging which I had to breakdown and take home with me filling my car and obscuring my vision in the rear mirror. And I was not asked if I needed help getting the very large cardboard boxes to Mr car, so I had to drag the two large cardboard boxes around the car park toy vehicle. Not very impressed with you.
I bought this "useful box" a couple of months ago and so glad I did ! It's so spacious that I managed to clear the bedroom of so many "not urgently needed" things. I wanted to do this a long time ago but I didn't know how to do it as I thought it would take too long to do it. Well, the "useful box" is the solution, it took me only half an hour to get everything in order! I put it in the back room. Sorted!! It is also very sturdy and the locking lid is so useful, I could put other boxes on top. Now everything is neat and tidy; and bedroom and back room and ... in not time! The delivery was also fast and easy. No complaint!
