Assembly was pretty straight forward. Construction is good. All 4 of my kids so far love it. As a parent, I was worried about other trampolines that had exposed springs and/or flimsy netting. The overall quality of the netting is good, and the mats over the springs stay in place and ease my concerns. I ham very happy with my purchase. Shipping came in 3 boxes, and was easy to unpack and understand. Even the adults have been playing on this and have been having fun. Originally heard about JumpFlex's Rep and am happy to say that they live up to it.

Best trampoline for home on the planet! My last one lasted 7yrs before the net finally gave way, plus I had bent the frame from towing it with the mower, so the old is off to a new family (Mat still like new) and the new model is set up and getting used daily. Love the click together frame, love the new second frame ring and the net connection to top of poles. We love your work! This one will see my boys and the neighbourhood kids to their teens.

I was fed up with buying a cheap trampoline every few years from a big box store - they were cheap & did not hold up; safety nets ripped & weak metal framing bent. No more, because we bought a Hero 15’. Absolutely love it! Handles the large number of kids & grand kids using it regularly. Super strong frame & net. Great bounce for all ages. Thank you!

My grandson absolutely loves his trampoline. He's six years old and says it's his urban air. It arrived on time, but I assembled it three weeks later due to unfavorable weather and time constraints. The trampoline looks very durable and high quality - doesn't look like junk in my backyard. Also, it stood firm through a recent storm with wind gusts. The trampoline wasn't too difficult to assemble. I suggest getting someone to assist. Thank you to my neighbor. As far as assembly, the trampoline instructions should include a note about the Projam in case it's already available. This way you avoid having to change the netpole sleeve for the one that is specifically for the Projam. It's irritating to deal with that extra step when you think you're done. Once set up the trampoline is great and very happy and would recommend. It’s sturdy and I like how the poles bend outwards and the net is nice and high. Net attaches to springs of trampoline allowing gaps not that this has been an issue yet. Would have preferred no gap. It was extremely and almost impossible to put together even with tool supplied and the tool broke making it impossible. This part was very frustrating and was a let down. Ended up paying for a handyman. If you’re not strong it’s impossible for 2 people to put together and tool was not good enough.
Ordered online. Delivered fast. Very sturdy and the safety features on it are amazing. Also bigger than I was expecting. Not a one person job. Can be with a lot of determination but I recommend having someone to help you. A bit pricey but with all the trimmings and features it comes with, definitely worth it. Also very heavy so if you're worried about the wind, it's not going anywhere. I can't say anything on tornado weather but strong winds won't budge it.

At no point during jump sessions do i feel like the trampoline is in danger of buckling or collapsing. The safety netting is also wonderful. Not only is it nearly impossible to come in contact with the vertical supports, but if you do lean out far enough they are perfectly curved to give an easy nudge back into the trampoline. The net is also fantastic! It is supremely soft, like silk, and has a wonderful combination of flex to be soft when fallen into yet firm enough to stay in shape and position during play. It is obvious the designers did their homework and nailed it in all respects of what a safety net should be. Not bothersome or an afterthought but an integral part of the trampoline that enhances the experience and greatly improves the safety of users.Installation was a breeze and took us about 2 hours total. One hint for the final and hardest step, attaching the safety netting to the vertical supports. I found it to be much easier if positioning yourself to the side and behind the vertical support. Place the outer edge of the support against the inside of the shoulder of your dominant hand. I am right handed so I rested the support inside my right shoulder. Then with both hands grab the netting on each side of the pole pocket and pull the netting toward you. You will be essentially hugging the vertical support, pressed against the inside of your shoulder, and using it as a brace to pull the very tight netting and its pole pocket close enough to you to slide the pocket over the end of the pole. Slide could have been better packaged. Trampoline was 3 boxes. Box 1 of 3 and 3 of 3 arrived on the same day within a few days of ordering. Box 2 of 3 was stuck in transit for a few days. I contacted customer service and responded quickly to help resolve the issue and answer my questions. Finally all 5 boxes were ready to open.Set up was easy. I did most of it by myself; 46 yr old female that’s allergic to exercise (just kidding) I was just in shape enough to assemble this alone until my height and ability to stretch my shoulders above my head became an issue.I dislike written directions. Once it was time for the safety net to be hung, I needed help as I couldn’t reach that high, perfect timing as my husband arrived home from work at that moment and jump right in to help. This trampoline is much better than what I expected was delivered in about 5 days. Lots of pieces and seemed overwhelming when you first open the 6 boxes. However, everything snaps in no extra tools needed. I put it together in under 2 hours. Instructions are excellent. I did it by myself. The spring tool included made it a breeze. You do need a ladder to put the netting on the top poles. Otherwise quality is great and I would definitely recommend this trampoline. It’s built nice and looks durable…time will tell only had it for 2-3 weeks now. My 3 year old daughter loves it!
