187 Killer Pads - Fly Knee - XL (Grey-White)

I bought these for my daughter (12 years old) XS size, and by the description of sizes I would imagine that these would fit perfectly, however I came to the conclusion that from this brand you would rather have the size up from whatever they recommend. Even though my daughter complaints that these are a bit tight, they feel sturdy and still comfortable on the inside without any abrasion from seams.

The 187 Fly killer pads are good quality and served me well when I first started bowling. They lasted a few months, but the fasteners on the sides eventually failed. I replaced this model with the top model from 187, but the hull fasteners also failed a few months later. I ended up buying the much more expensive pro knee pads...

I was very pleasantly surprised by the pads. These are my first and I have long waived because I was firmly convinced that these restrict my freedom of movement and I will therefore have no fun, but that is not so at all. You get used to the things very quickly and if you want to learn something new in the quater are kneeslides gold value. Top

Love these knee pads!!! Fast shipping and helpful customer service.These pads are slim but still pack a lot of pad, I’ve fallen plenty already and the knees are holding up as if I never fell at all. GREAT BUY!!!

These knee pads are not quite as bulky and therefore great for smaller ramps. However, the plastic scuffs relatively quickly and in summer you can get quite sweaty underneath - but all kneepads probably have this problem. The price-performance ratio is great, but I would recommend the Pro version for the big halfpipe.

I can only recommend.Grad if you are not so sure with stand-up slides yet, you can throw yourself on the tar and slide a few meters, stand up and go on.You really don't notice anything.For people like me who like it now and then times disassembled definitely recommended :D(Have them now a bit longer than a year and must already say the hardly wear out)

I bought these pads before my Pros and was satisfied, but it bothered me that the caps on these pads cannot be replaced.In my opinion, I would spend a little more money and buy the Pros.However, they are perfectly adequate to start with!

protec, real protec! you can go without worrying about falling. the quality and sturdiness of the gear is beyond reproach. it's easy to wear and doesn't cause any major discomfort when riding. in the middle of a heatwave it gets a bit hot but this is pro gear!

These pads stay on as long as you need them, with hardly any adjustments to the straps needed. I am not a competitive skater or derby racer, but I use them for work as a high end appliance repair technician. I would have given them a 5 star rating, but I have had them only 2 years and, am not on my knees all day, and the padding is completely compressed. I searched for other brands, and after reading their reviews, I am going to get more 187 killer pads. I think the killer pads look better than other pads, because I wear Doc Martin steel toed boots, black cargo dickie shorts, and a black polo shirt as a uniform. Great value, great product

These are the best knee pads if you're planning (or not) to take some slams. I've been skateboarding more in bowls and fall on my knees every time. A slam on the knees usually ends my session, but with the killer pads I'm not afraid to take tumbles and spring right back up. They are the best knee pads on the market in terms of taking a blow. I am a smallish-sized girl and opted to order size L over M. I'm really glad I did that. I have to take my shoes off to put the pads on and usually wear them over pants. Look at the killer pads site to determine your size but definitely consider sizing up, you don't want to be wearing tight knee pads.
