In locations where CCA treatment is utilised, for vegetable garden applications it is recommended as a precautionary measure to use a plastic liner to prevent soil contact with the sleeper. Sleepers treated with Micropro or Tanalith E (also known as TanE) are the preferred option for vegetable garden applications. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is reccomended when handling this product.
