Do not waste your money

I ordered this light the second week of July and it was supposed to be here on July 16th and did not show up. I have been getting a giant run around from the company and have literally jumped thru hoops doing things that should be there job like chasing paperwork from ups and in 5 weeks has got me nowhere. There customer service flat out sucks! This company stole 450 dollars from me don't let this happen to you too!!!

From Blue spectrum to the Red spectrum

SF2000 made in China, I’m not impressed. The other lights that look like it. I’m sure are just as good. My 2 star review reflects only from my ownership of high quality reef aquarium lights. The technology spider farmer puts in to these lights is next to nothing. I feel like if I handle this thing regularly it will break. The stupid hoist string idea just seems dumb so much extra string what the heck do I do with the rat nest?the power cord is thicker than one of my dewalt drills.

Great Grow Light

Low heat. Very bright. Works in my 4x4 tent and two others very well. Not sure the no IR will have an affect.

Happy with product

Light works great. I had a driver malfunction recently and Candy with the support team was extremely helpful.

Powerful

This light is working excellent in my Spider Farmer 2x4 tent along with another SF1000. I actually had to raise the lights higher than the manufacturers recommendation because the tips of my leaves were getting light burn. Outstanding product so far, cant wait to weigh in come harvest time.

I was using old school halogen lamps before I switched to the SF-4000 system. I was immediately impressed with the quality of the system. It's light weight and easy to install and get growing. I ended up getting a second unit and have had no complaints. These lights really do the job for my indoor grow. I highly recommend them.

Spider farmer still hasn't processed my order but took my money??..

I order the sf2000 kit over a week ago and I'm still waiting.... spider farmer still hasn't processed my order and still hasn't shipped it. I was extremely excited for this product as it's my first grow. The product looked good and the company had strong reviews. But not everything is as it seems. Like I said still haven't got it. I will be looking to cancel my order and going with another company. Hopefully y'all have better experience then me. But for me its 0 stars cause I never got the product. Spider farmer please fix your customer service. And shipping problems. Thanks

Websites Duplicate Purchase

I purchased a SF 4000 on Oct.20th and my light was delivered on Oct.26th. Oct.27th UPS delivered a second light. To my surprise after checking credit card statement, I was charged for another light the day after my purchase. This is very unsettling that this could happen with this Company’s Website and their ability to protect customers payment info. 24hrs or so after contacting the company to make them aware as to what’s going on, they say I have to pay shipping costs to return because there is no defect in the light itself. I did not order this light a second time, but I have to pay to ship it back or be out the $500 for this light I do not need nor have no room for. I’ll never use this company again and would advise others to use at their own risk. So the free shipping I recieved on my original order, now looks negated after having to pay shipping fees to send back a light I did not order twice. 🤦‍♂️ I should have just used Mars Hydro again. Their customer service is on point and very helpful. Trying to save a Buck $ has now cost me more. Plus this is a China owned company. Even more unsettling about how loose they obviously are with customers payment info. And the first light that was delivered, had 3 loose screws in the box. After inspecting the ballasts I notice the 3 small screws were not even screwed in during assembly. They were just thrown loosely down in the box. I did install them where they should have been installed before delivery. And there was no ratcheting ropes with hardware to hang the light. I had to go to Lowe’s and buy 2! 🤦‍♂️ I do not recommend this company to anyone. Do Not use or Use at a High Risk.
