I first bought the 21st century probiotics (30caps. - small with red packaging) and I did not experience any side effects and indeed relieved/fixed my digestion issue.Both 21st century Probiotics and Acidophilus have the same good bacteria mixture the only difference is Acidophilus has Whey. I did my own research and found out my symptoms (excess gas, slight bloating, frequent burping, post nasal drip) may be due to Whey allergic reaction. I will put on hold this supplement and see if symptoms improve. If yes, I will need to stick to my first probiotics or find another brand without any milk or whey in the label.
