It is too soon to tell, but my energy level is getting higher and my hair which is thin and my hair loss is considerable after more than 30 years with Hashimoto's. I have to tell that even though it looks superficial, and I am not a vain person, having lost so much hair has made my self esteem suffered. I started a routine 3 months ago that appears to be working. Let me tell you in case it helps. Every night I brush my hair gently and slowly 50 times with a plastic brush that I clean everyday (I have several) Cleaning it is important. After that I apply minoxidil that I spray on my affected areas. In the morning I brush my hair (the same way but without minoxidil). Wash it with a shampoo that cleanse it deeply. I gently massage it and rinse and repeat and leave it for a few minutes before the final rinse. Then use very cold water and dry. I use a towel but I do not rub it (hair when wet it is weaker). I never blow dry with hot air. I have started to see that the calibre of my hair is getting thicker (slowly but consistency) and my hair loss has almost stop. I will not fool myself thinking that my hair will be as before. Keep my expectations reasonable and realistic. I do not want to be bald and I think doing this it is a small price to pay. I hope this will help for people who suffered from Hashimoto's or Hypothyroidism or just other causes of hair loss and energy level low. I hope you are all well and healthy
What I love most about this product is its size. I can easily swallow it. The price is perfect, I think it is the most affordable Biotin supplement out there.
