I took the entire bottle, and even after 3 months didn't notice any difference in my hair growth or nail strength. I'm not doubting the quality of the product, as I use other products in this brand regularly and trust this brand very highly. Also I used retail brands of hair skin and nails products containing biotin, and noticed no difference in my hair, skin or nails. So I'm not sure if it's me, and I'm not lacking biotin, whether biotin doesn't strengthen hair and nails or what the problem is.

A product with a beautiful flavor that arrived two weeks ago for me about a week. I use it and I am very satisfied with it, and I am likely to benefit from it. I advise everyone to try it because it contains almost all vitamins, collagen, and does not cause skin inflammation, nail improvement, and benefit to the skin and hair. Antioxidants, and the taste, as I said, is beautiful. The taste is very close to the quality and ingredients of grain vitamins. The quantity is very appropriate, enough for a month or more, suitable for age, and the effectiveness of the ingredients. The quantity, on a daily basis, has the effectiveness of a package.

I can see huge difference on my hair now. Before using this, my hair is already thinning and my hairfall is the WORST. But now, I can see a lot of hair from parts of my head that are thinning. I have a lots of baby hair now which is my current problem on how to tone them down from sticking out LOL. This product is really top notched for giving me all the benefits they claim. It improved not just my hair but my nails and skin too! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for those who are in a tight budget.P. S. I only take 1 tablet a day
