21st Century 600mg plus D Calcium supplement is an easy to chew if necessary tablet. The tablet doesn't have a chalky taste to the vitamin which is good. It is a fairly large tablet but not super hard which helps in swallowing.

Wonderful product at a wonderful price! I incorporated Calcium supplements to my daily routine once I hit 40 years old. Osteoporosis runs in my family and as an active walker/hiker I am always searching for ways to help keep my bones, joints and tissues healthy and strong. No side effects or unpset stomach while taking this supplement. Would definitely prurchase again.

Perfect combination with proper concentrations for Calcium and Vit D.1 Tablet daily is enough to get the required daily dose.Cost effective compared to many other products with even less concentrations !High quality package with so many benefits for bone, general health, para thyroid & thyroid patients.18 years old and above can take it daily, but check your calcium level from time to time to avoid kidney stones if too much calcium.Trust me, I am a clinical Pharmacist.

The calcium tablet is large in size but still easy to swallow. I don’t know why it is pink in color. The one without vitamin D is white in color. The package is good, small in size and easy to carry. I hope it will benefit and improve my bone health.
I have been using this product for a while now. I started to notice an improvement in my health and energy levels within the first month. After a couple of months, I could feel a big difference in my quality of life. My mood has also improved significantly since I started the supplementation routine.
