It's important to check "other ingredients" before you buy.Foolishly I didn't read the ingredients before purchasing this. After opening it I noticed it is made with soybean oil (which may contain GMOs) which is very inflammatory to the body.Not only it contains soybean oil, this also contains safflower oil. Safflower oil is perhaps the worst - that’s because it has more linoleic acid — an inflammatory and easily spoiled polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA).The excess omega-6 PUFAs in safflower oil promote obesity and the linoleic acid increases inflammation.Try to find vitamin D that uses extra-virgin olive oil as a carrier, if not buy solid tablets instead.

Good to have have for winter time!READ BELLOW!!I'm a fit girl and try not to overlook vitamin which may have a protective effect against Viruses, according to recent research of it's ingredients and at the same time has no taste.Also it's called vitamin of sun, but during the winter time when there is sun deficiency and there is no sun absorption through the body, you can take one big size package of this vitamins which are highest quality, and not only the immunity but also your bones will be healthy and strong. I can't live without this supplement. Vitamin D has several important functions. Perhaps the most vital are regulating the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, and facilitating normal immune system function. Getting a sufficient amount of vitamin D is important for normal growth and development of bones and teeth, as well as improved resistance against certain diseases. If your body doesn’t get enough vitamin D, you’re at risk of developing bone abnormalities such as soft bones (osteomalacia) or fragile bones (osteoporosis). I bought this vitamins for my eyes and skin. As we all knows vitamin A (Carotenoids/retinol) comes from yellow or orange vegetables or fruits. Since I cannot eat this vegetables usually, I think of taking this. It helps to maintain my normal vision also i feel my soft glowing after a week of taking 1x/day at lunch after meal. Size is small that you can easily swallow it. I escape taking it in days that I made smoothie with carrots and celery. It also helps body natural defense against illness and infection. It also important same as Vitamin C. 🤍
