This supplement's ingredient is good quality. I do not use it for my joints. I use it to make me feel relaxed. I don't use it every day but from time to time, and it helps me sleep better. Mg is an excellent mineral but should not be used excessively. There is no taste to this product. I feel my muscles more relaxed when I take it.Improvement was noticeable. The package arrived on time and the product quality was optimum. I have benefited from this product and will buy it again.

I think this product is almost identical to "Magnesium 250mg" also from 21st Century (although the 250mg version contain 110 tablets per bottle). Pics are side-by-side comparison of the two products. Be careful that the serving size is TWO tablets, not one. Tablets are not coated, so they tend to grind each other, leaving particles at the bottom (not recommended for carrying with you).
