This carryon is cute. The reason I bought this one is that it has a back bumper to prevent it from scratching. This is the only brand that has this feature. The lining is pink. I like the black zipper too. I won’t see the dirt if I want to carry it on a rainy day. I like the side zippered pouch. It is lightweight and expandable. It comes with a keyed lock. I would’ve like the interior to have a double zip and a tsa lock. When the handle is extended it seems to wobble. I don’t know if I’m going to keep it.

I got this set in a bright green color. May not be everyone's cup of tea, but that's ok, I wanted something that would stand out at baggage claim. I took these on a trip to Vienna and Budapest, with a layover in Amsterdam on the way there and a layover in Paris on the way back, and they were great. I was gone 10 days and had WAY more room between the two of them than I needed which meant plenty of room to bring back goodies. I brought back a couple of things that were breakable and they held up without any damage. . The zippers that keep everything to one side inside the luggage seem sturdy. Wheeling them around was easy. They were lightweight which made it easier running around with them. I travel two to three times a year, so I don't use my luggage a lot. That being said, this luggage set cracked the very first time I traveled. I purchased three of these luggage sets (one for my daughter and my husband for Christmas gifts) a wheel broke off my daughter's set and the handle broke off my husband's. The sets are very pretty, lightweight and manageable, but they aren't durable or made for traveling by plane. If you're buying this for travel other than flying, this luggage will likely serve you well. Other than that, I would not recommend buying this particular set.

I needed to transport items via airplane instead of having them shipped. They were very heavy and bulky. Only 1 item broke, and that was because I didn't pack it correctly. Otherwise, even though it cost me a little extra because of the weight of the item, this large suitcase housed everything I need to ship and arrived safely in baggage claim. Is really big, so gets heavy fast. I won't be using it frequently because of the size. But definitely served it's purpose.
I would give this 5 stars except for 1 feature - the interior color of the RED suitcase. I bought 3 of these... gold, turquoise, and red. The gold and turquoise have gray interiors - perfect and neutral. The red one has a pink with white polka dot interior. It does not match at all -- it clashes and just looks bad with the red. Luggage was just what I expected except for the color. I ordered Blush and they sent Champagne. Not nearly as pretty as the Blush would have been. How do people make these kind of mistakes??? Guess someone didn’t take their job seriously. It’s a shame.
Have had 2 of these sets for over 2 years and have had zero issues. Granted i dont use them for flights very often, but my carry ons have been used frequently on cross country car trips, in and out of the car and schlepped in and out of hotels. the spinner wheels, telescopic handles and zippers are all working as intended. i even toss these down the basement stairs when i get home and they hold up great. Would buy this set again
Used the large suitcase one time to Mexico and it broke. As soon as we landed we saw one wheel had totally snapped off.Used the smaller one for the first time to go to Disney World. Midwheeling into the resort the wheel snapped off on the small one. Like I said great looking garbage.
Bought this set as a last minute purchase for a recent trip. The luggage was nice and looked solidly built. I picked yellow as I could pick it out easily from the sea of black luggage. Unfortunately, after 1 use, one of the wheels on the 28" inch luggage came completely apart. The bag was checked in and when it came out of the baggage claim, it was missing one wheel. Looks like it had broken away from the plastic on the case. The other wheels were fine. I know airports can be rough with the luggage when checking them in, but I didn't expect this to break so easily. Luggage is pretty much useless now without the 4th wheel as the luggage is too big and would be too heavy to carry around. It also will not stand up without tipping over without the 4th wheel. This set did not even last one trip and the seams started to come apart. I was well under the airline weight limits. When I contacted the company, they indicated I was beyond the 30 day warranty (it was less than 2 weeks past the 30 days), so they would do nothing for me. This set is a total waste of money and the company did not stand behind its defective product. Would not recommend and definitely will never buy anything from this company again.
