Pillows were too stiff when opened from packaging and took quite some time for it to form its shape. I had to fluff it up several times. Otherwise, pillows are comfortable.

I purchased these pillows initially and was not really sure about them, but I should not have reviewed them too soon. You need to let them fully plump up from their vacuumed packaging to really get to see how beautiful they really are. They are extremely soft and extremely comfortable to sleep on. I have since purchased 4 more for my two sons. Love them and fully recommend them.

Loved this product so much I've bought it againThis pillow is covered in bamboo terricloth which is breathable and soft, and the memory foam inside the pillow is medium firmness, enough to support your head while staying comfortable.Highly recommend
Very low quality memory foam. Don’t waste your money. If I could rate this product zero stars I would. Huge regret. Crap product. Don’t buy.
The pillows arrived by post rolled up and unfortunately, when unrolled and left for many days in an attempt to return them to their full pillow, they have never really returned to a comfortable pillow state. They are very lumpy and are unable to be used in our Airbnb. Disappointed.

The pillows came vacuum packed, I opened the packaging and let the pillows puff up on their own. Unfortunately, all the form inside was broken and the pillows are lumpy. Really uncomfortable, and planning on returning. Zero stars.
